Won’t refund me for a product I never received!!! No telephone number and their chat not doesn’t work. They just robbed me of £100 avoid at all costs!!!

This company is shocking. They don't deserve any stars.
I wouldn't trust buying anything..as when you do,it doesn't even work! The box came damaged like it's been sat in the warehouse for months. Sent it back over three weeks ago and still havnt received my refund. Apparently they havnt received it yet! Now ignoring my messages.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE AS YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF ITS FAULTY.

My package arrived today. It was sent tracked delivery. Communication was excellent from buy.com. Will use this site again.

Poor customer service trust pilot need to think of what the company stands for instead allowing bad companies to pay them for fake reviews nice

Awful company. I ordered some toys on 11th December that never arrived. It is now 27th December and the tracking link says it’s not even out for delivery. I complained and also heard nothing back.

Bought a floating shelf.. crap you can’t even get it to stay on the wall with the fittings included total waste of money

still waiting for car sill no update or tracking no very poor service

I'm surprised trustpilot has the audacity to allow bad reviews on other reviews platforms, why?? Because Trustpilot take down negative but genuine reviews on experiences with companies who pay them to do this whilst at the same time allowing them to buy reviews. I was told after my most recent 1 star review that unless I had documentation to prove that I was a genuine customer then trustpilot would remove it...... I asked them why I could post positive reviews without documentation to which trustpilot failed to answer. Not at all trustworthy!!

I have used this company a few times now and I haven't had an issue with them. Quick and deliver exactly what I have ordered.

Waited a month for it,been told it will arrive on december 25th,right like that will happen!Its a personilised 1st christmas mug,which will not want as wont come until after,they said cant have a refund as its personilised! Why sell 1st christmas if they know you wont get it in time,they have had a month!

I placed an order from BUY.com but it was from SLOW MOOSE a seller on this site.I paid on the 30th November only to be told today I wont get it.I now have to wait on a refund to try and get my grandson another xmas present???I am so angry I will never buy from BUY.com again as it is their responsibility as to they are allowing to sell on this site!I've issued a case through paypal but now I have to wait on my refund
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Having seen a triple bunk bed on Buy.com (Caramel -Bexley Wooden Triple Bunk Bed) I assumed that I was going to get what was in the advertising photo and product description. Alas, not to be..it advertised storage cupboards underneath which never arrived. On enquiring why, the seller said the advert listing is wrong, there are no storage cupboards. So how do Buy.com not know this? Do they check and verify the seller products before listing them ? False advertising..hopefully others will be aware in future. PS the bed also had missing screw attachments which I had to ask the seller for. Buy.com doesn’t seem to get involved with such issues, just leads you back to the seller. Doubt I will use either of them again.

Very Rubbish service. I ordered 2 dresses for my mum. Only one of them came after 1 month and I cannot even contact them to enquire about the other dress. Will never order from here ever again and would not recommend anyone to order from here. Very disappointed!!!

The website was very user friendly. They had lots of choices and fast response.

Decent price and shipping could be better, it took almost a week to receive the shipment.

Usually only buy things from them when there is a super sale going on. really good pricing on those promos.

Items are as described, I will recommend this site to my friends. A little bit difficult to navigate.
