I purchased a Bosch Lawnmower that was advertised on Ebay and the photo advert clearly indicated that if you purchased the mower you could claim a FREE Bosch Grass Strimmer worth £60.
The mower was delivered, but no strimmer, so I found out that you had to claim it from Bosch, but when I tried to claim it, I was told that I was not eligible, so I went back to Buyaparcel, and they responded that they would investigate it, but after several more emails, they have stopped responding.
Not a company that you can trust.

Purchased next day delivery, it turned up 8 days later, absolutely shocking service.

I ordered a new Drill from Buyaparcel but got in a muddle with my order and ended up with a duplicate order (All my fault).
I realised the error the next morning. I phoned up and was immediately put through to a very helpful lady (Christine) who sorted it all out. Phew!
One drill arrived quickly and the second payment was refunded. Top Marks!

I received a damaged/defective item as part of my ebay purchase from this outfit. A very polite email was sent to them almost a week ago now, to which they have failed to respond!
Buy from here at your own risk, if there's a problem, you're on your own!!

I’ve used buyaparcel several times, the speed of delivery and pricing is excellent. Recently I made an error and had to contact them, I dealt with Anne Marie who was very helpful and accommodating, even though the mistake was mine. I have no hesitation recommending them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a Bosch hedge trimmer with battery and charger through B&Q- the item I received clearly stated no battery included. I checked inside- no battery or charger.I called the customer service number but the recorded message said they were busy…I called many/various times - still busy.
Someone eventually replied to one of my many emails- twice to ask me to check the box and another to imply I was lying. Not once was an apology given. It’s pretty stressful to spend £170 on something that is not useable and be left in limbo.
I would NEVER use this company again.
As an aside-
I found the item I had originally ordered £20 cheaper elsewhere.
