I went on to buyaparcel for a water filter and they had sold out so I left my email to be contacted when they were back in stock ,many months later they emailed me and I purchased the filters, so it just goes to show you that you are a valued customer, amazing company. And delivery was excellent 👌

Often Priced competitively relative to other sellers for Makita gear, never had a issue with delivery so can't really comment on customer service

The item was delivered on time and well packaged.
It was disapointing that the item did not match the description as advertised. This matter has been the subject of an exchange of emails with the customer interface, but I yet tio receive a response to my email of 1/7/26.

Paid for Saturday delivery - courier failed and delivered Monday , charge refunded.
Box looked like it had been to war , split , heavilly selotaped - sent in Original item box with no protection.
Complained to no avail , apparantly thats acceptable!
Item had marks on that looked like it was a return , customer service took over a week to respond to emails.
I wont be purchasing from them again.
If I could upload photos of the retail box it was delivered in I would. It was not slightly damaged.
Item should not have gone out without packaging which it did. The bars had score marks meaning that they had been mounted previously, after waiting a week for a response I decided to use product and didn’t photograph the marks. Poor customer service , poor packing and poor response time.

Prices unbeatable and a quick delivery.

I bought a saw from b&q, well I thought it was them, buyaparcel sent me an invoice I can't open, sent 3 or 4 messages that were ignored, then dhl turns up with the package while I was out, 3 hours later DHL inform me of a delivery!
Actually managed to get through to buyaparcel to cancel the order as I was concerned about buying something from a company that is so difficult to contact. They were very helpful and promised to contact DHL to return the package to them, they didn't, a few days later DHL tried to deliver again and I refused the package and informed them of the situation.
It has now been over 2 weeks and I can't contact DHL or buyaparcel whose phone message just cuts off if no one is immediately available. Sent numerous emails and phone calls with no response from anyone which sort of confirms my suspicions.
B&q direct me to buyaparcel, DHL also directs me to buyaparcel.
I feel I'm getting a major runaround.

Needed a strimmer to deal with the weeds that love the join between the path and raised bed.
Buyaparcel had what I needed - all communication was excellent and the strimmer arrived quickly and was nicely packaged.

No problem with Buy a Parcel they offer good prices. The problem is they use DHL for delivery and they are terrible.
They advised on 19.06.26 that delivery would be on 18.06.26!!! Then advised another day which they failed to deliver on. It's a shame because it would probably stop me using Buy a Parcel again.

Great site to buy on usually have really good deals to be had, purchased quick set up adjustable Trestles and Buy a Parcel had the item cheaper than other retailers.
Delivery was quick and the item arrived safely and in good condition. Would recommend this site be checked out first when ordering DIY TOOLS, prices on items hard to beat and the service is second to none.

Tbh I was skeptical as I didn’t know Buy A Parcel but I choose the part I needed and at the best price. I was worried it wouldn’t turn up or wouldn’t be right but it was perfect and delivered within a couple of days with tracking updates regularly.
Very happy.
