Customer Service on Holiday?
Ordered some Folding Trestles for urgent next day delivery. Items did not arrive (and still have not arrived). I have made numerous phone calls (20 at the last count where there were no agents available to take my call) and sending emails to which I did not receive a reply this has been to no avail. Eventually had no option but to claim a refund through my card supplier and purchase same brand from another supplier. More expensive than Buyaparcel but this time they may arrive. Have already received notification that items are with the courier for delivery next day.

The item (an Einhell cordless saw) was delivered quickly and was well packaged. When I can afford to make further purchases in the Einhell range to complete my toolkit I will certainly consider using this company again. Unfortunately I am only on state pension so I have to watch my budget.

I had never heard of Buyaparcel before I purchased my hot tap, but they was very reliable and the delivery was quick, I even needed to ask a question after receiving my tap and they was on the ball, I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

If I could I would leave 0 stars like many other reviews on here this company is ignorant when trying to solve issues but very keen to take payments I ordered drill bits and they sent a totally different item to what was advertised I too will be checking reviews before ordering from anywhere again its high time they stood up and took responsibility for their wrong doings and had the curtesy to reply to people when they report issues and concerns

We are sorry to hear that you have been sent the incorrect Bosch Drill Bit, this has been reported to the warehouse as our pickers and packers should be checking the stock code on the product to the paperwork when it is picked and again when they go to pack it for shipping. I have checked the stock in the warehouse but unfortunately been advised they have no stock of the Bosch 2608900650 Drill Bit Sets on the shelf, only the Bosch 2608902369 Drill Bit Sets that you received in error.
We will authorise eBay to issue you with a full refund against your order 23-14789-49570 without requiring the incorrect Drill Bit Set back due to the inconvenience this has caused you.
