The company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don’t support customers. They are rude on phone and do what ever they need to to get off phone with you. They use loosely venders for shipping witch treat you the same way. WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. Would look else where before you use this company for anything.

I am very disappointed with Buy Auto Truck Accessories concerning a purchase that was made on 03/15/2023 for a part for Toyota Tundra Limited vehicle for a running board end cap (Black). I received it on 03/18/2023, it was the wrong one for my vehicle and it had no hardware. I call on 03/20/2023 and spoke with Lacy concerning the problem and she kept on debating about the situations hand. She said to me I would have to pay for returned the shipment back to Meyer Distributing. I got of sick of hearing her concerning of the matter and I asked to speak with a supervisor and she place me on holder for approximately 25 minutes if not long and I said to her I am tired of playing theses games when she came back on the phone said her supervisor Bailee was in a meeting and I said to her this isn’t acceptable. I contact my attorneys concerning matters and I asked her to have her supervisor to call me after her meeting. The confirmation Number is 400089997 for Westin Replacement Passenger Side End Cap for Sure Grip Running Board (Westin automotive /800221). I explained to her that this isn’t the right Running Board for my Running Board. I assumed that my $42.99 Plus tax is a wasted invested for my purchase. I also, spoke to Ms. Stacie at Meyer Distribution Center concerning the wrong item/part and she said to Lacy reach out tho them and I tray talking Lacy and it was to know availed. I never had this happen to me when ordering parts. The worse to in this world of business. Buy Auto Truck accessories need new management.

I purchased a bed liner for my 2022 Ford Ranger on 8/12/2022. I received a call that I missed from someone at Buy Auto Truck Accessories. I sent an email asking if there was something I needed to do different? Received a reply on 8/16 from Bailee. I replied to the questions. Was told they would get my order right out. Received another email that the order had been shipped through Meyer logistics with a tracking number. So I began checking the tracking pretty much daily. On the 19th it showed that the shipping was going to be delayed. I called to enquire was told it was delayed because 1 part of the shipment had not been shipped so the delivery is delayed. I kept checking daily with no changes. On 8/22/2022 it showed Line item 1&2 were received at the Nashville, TN facility. I called was told that due to having a shortage of drivers & one of their drivers fell they are having issues with delayed deliveries. I called Buy Auto they contacted Meyer Logistics and told me basically that with 1 part not shipped it has caused a delay. I called again in a day or 2 to Meyer Logistics telling me Wednesday of this week it will be delivered. The same thing the next week. I finally called Buy Auto and told them if my delivery wasn't at my house by the date that was now showing when I did the tracking of 9/12/2022 I wanted a full refund. I finally later on the 12th received my shipment. So bottom line is I am very much satisfied with the liner. I would have purchased again from Buy Auto but ultimately was told by a person from Buy Auto that they were getting complaints about the shipping taking so long from other customers. I told her if that is the case do something about it. I informed her that I would never make another purchase from them. I don't know about others but when I order something I obviously want it or I wouldn't have ordered it. The company doesn't mind taking your money right away. In my opinion that is the worst customer service ever. I realize the lousy shipping company Meyer Logistics is useless but the company is responsible for the shipping. So if you don't mind waiting at least a month to get what you order from Buy Auto by all means order from them. If you want it sent at a reasonable time order somewhere else.

I ordered a steelecraft grill guard and recieved a generic one. I called the company and talked to Lisa who told me “you have to read the fine print, the one pictured isn’t necessarily the one you’re going to get.” I had read ALL the fine print twice! After she tried to get me to buy a considerably more expensive one I told her I wanted to return it and get a full refund. She told me that It had to be in the original box and I would have to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee.
I didn’t have the original box because delivery guy left it in the driveway in the rain and it was thrown away.
Not until I had my attorney call did they arrange to pick it up and approx 10 days later finally issued a full refund.
I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice that they had sent me some cheap bolt together grill guard!

The customer service rep (Lisa) was very rude and hanged up the phone before I could provide her an alternate address to ship my product. My online order was not acted on for over 4 days until I called and Lisa informed me that due to the size of item, they will not ship to residential address. She did not apologize for not contacting me about the delay in shipping my order.

I have sent several emails but received little or no response. Finally, I removed the large item in my order so that they can ship it to my residence. The auto email sent to me said that FedEx will provide me a tracking number in 24-48hrs. It has been over 124hrs (4 days excluding weekend) since I received that email and I have not received a tracking number or update on my order. Called FedEx today and they have no record of my order.

Buyers beware about this company!!!

Wish i had payed more money and went with another company. Purchased a Pro Rack and received it with now hardware. Now i'm fighting with both the manufacturer and buyautotruckaccessories to get them...............Do not waste your time with this company like i did!

Ordered an item and ended up selling vehicle before it arrived (2 weeks plus). Never removed it from box. No invoice or instructions in box. Called at least 6 times before I finally got a person. They said to go to website and fill out application for returning product and they would send me a return authorization number? Still waiting for number. Why can't you just return the product with the name and other information and send a refund? Have since called numerous times and sent e-mails with no response.

Terrible experience. Buyer Beware!! Does not stand behind their "Satisfaction Guaranteed" statement. Horrible customer service, long shipping time, received inferior and unusable product, difficult return process. Had to call to finally get my credit, BUT they reduced by refund by over 23 percent!! Terrible company!! NEVER AGAIN!!
