Hadn't heard of them before, but was pleased with the service. It took longer to deliver than I had hoped, but within the quoted timeframe. Good price. I would definitely use them again.

Having tried a few fencing companies who weren't very helpful we discovered buy fences online they had exactly what I was after and it was a straightforward order process. They also arranged delivery really quickly

Easy ordering process. Short delivery lead times. Excellent delivery service - Chris and Mark were professional, courteous, helpful, fast and efficient. They noticed minor damage to one panel and quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out without me having to do anything. All very impressive - many thanks

Had 5 panels from their website which was simple to use. They arrived in good time and are of high quality. The delivery guy was friendly and went above and beyond to put them in a safe place. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.

There was no problem with buy fencing direct it was the forest shed that I bought . Really disappointed the quality was not good and that includes the build quality it was shoddy with bad cuts and poorly put together apex and roof panels. Have to spend more money to put this right as currently not fit for purpose. I would not recommend buying the forest timberdale 12 x 8 tongue and groove shed .

Ordered 9th july , delivery was scheduled for 15th July, van broke down , now reschedule for 22nd july, not happy at how long it's taking to be delivered

Good product , good communication

So far, its been an easy simple process to buy our fence panel. Its important to us that the panel is from Forrest Garden as they are great quality and we have the same panels in our garden already. The communication from Fencing Direct has, so far been excellent and the price was good too. We haven't received our fence panel yet, so I cannot comment on the quality or delivery service, but I'm hoping its going to be as good as the communication. I will update (hopefully if I can get back to this review) once we have received our panel.
