Being able to present our property honestly, without arguing with an agent about what 'is best' definitely reduced the stress. We decided the features that we wanted to showcase. We could answer enquiries as soon as they came in, and prospective buyers were able to ask any question and were happy with our straightforward answers. Unfortunately for us an agent intervened and asked for an 'introduction fee' from us for a prospective buyer who was not confident to negotiate on their own. This was our only disappointment with the whole process.

As an ex real estate agent I was pleasantly surprised on how efficient and professional they were. The signage and leaflets arrived within 3 days and the ads went out without a hitch. I would recommend everyone use them to sell their own home.

Easy to complete and excellent customer serve even over Christmas period

We wanted to list a rental over the Christmas period when most other businesses had shut down. RentMyPlace responded quickly and efficiently to my request and delivered on their services promptly. Their communication was excellent and their system worked seamlessly. I felt that if I had any questions they would have been available for me. 4 days and a new tenancy was finalised. Highly recommend.

The website is quite easy to use for listings and we did sell our property but it was impossible to raise a response from the company for support while we were trying to work everything out.
Overall, it saved us a lot of money and everything worked out.

Very easy to work the process for listing. Phone assistance with was easy and helpful. It was easy to move the listing to 'Under Offer'. However it would appear there is no means by which to show the property under 'Under Contract'. As I explored this I clicked a Tab say it was Sold (I wrongly assumed there may have been a sub option). Of course the listing immediately dropped off. Let's just hope the contract doesn't fall over and the money hits the bank on settlement.

Yes five stars Peter and Amanda always on the ball to make things easy, with numerous calls to Amanda the whole exercise with her aid was very professional. I have used their services for several years and can wholly recommend them.

The website is clear and well layed out, we were able to navigate with confidence. When we did have questions leaving a message for a return call worked much better than we expected, quite prompt, helpfull and polite.
