I love the fact that I can instantly update my listing and add photos. I was on another site where I had to wait weeks before changes were made. Compared to that experience, this website is a dream to use. And the updated information is published almost immediately. You can't ask for better than that!

Buymyplace is a great way to sell your home. We deal directly with the buyer without interpretation via an agent. No need to pay outrageous commission fees, no need for ugly real estate signs out the front that only serve to promote the real estate office at our expense. For us this has been a pleasant successful experience.

Support for questions and inquiries is excellent, getting your property on the major platforms is the real winner here…… if your thinking of selling and your a little bit realestate savvy, this is the way to go.

The platform doesn't provide live feedback on how the advertising is performing on realestate.com or domain. Can't see how much clicks or saves it is getting. Have requested weekly updates and for this to be an improvement.

The team were responsive at the start of the campaign. Only issues I had was with the virtual staging. The company BMP outsources to was not particularly good at making edits so we had multiple versions of 7 photos at one time trying to manage. I do believe virtual staging contributed to the sale though, so was worth it in the end. Would have preferred it if I didn't need to provide my personal mobile number on signage, but that's ok.

It was great to be able to use this platform to bring the message "I have a property to sell" out there and to get your instant notification, when someone expressed their interest.

It was simple to list and I was quickly on line. I was in direct contact with purchasers. It will save me loads when I sell. I will definitely use buy my home again.

Great to have the option to manage ourselves. Easy to use and all my enquiries and requests have been acted on promptly.

I have used BuyMyPlace quite a few times now and love the platform, the website to upload is so easy to use. The customer service is also brilliant, very efficient!! I will use them every time.

Selling through Buy my place was easy to set up. We used the basic package which put our listing on the two main real estate websites. Enquiries came through very quickly from both realestate.com and domain. We sold very quickly after hosting our own open home and was able to save thousands on commission. The support team at Buy My Place were also very helpful, the only issue we had was there wasn’t an option to put the final sale price down after marking our place as sold but this was easily and immediately fixed by the team after we raised it. We would 100% recommend Buy My Place to sell your property privately.
