Dubia beetles loose in a cardboard box. They went everywhere. 😡I have never recieved an email response. I buy loose beetles all the time from other companies. Never just opened a box where they are all loose.

Fast delivery, well packaged and regular communication. The springtails were sold at a good price, plenty in the package and healthy/lively.

Item delivered very fast and at the best price I could find in the uk.

Many thanks to those at Buzzard repltiles, i ordered an aquarium that was packaged brilliantly. i had ordered the same aquarium from a well-known online retailer but they failed to show any attention to packaing it properly where as these guys wrapped it in foam showing care, and it was well worth the effort as it arrived in one piece. Brilliant will use you guys again.

Package was in good condition but some of the powder spelled out into the second outer layer of packaging

Called to ask for some advice on setting up our bio active set up for a Crested Gecko and the help was amazing. The lady who I spoke to had a crestie and provided a wealth of knowledge and vital information. Went out of her way to call me back as the plant set we needed wasn’t in stock but was having a delivery the following day so called to confirm that I could add to my order.
Made the order on line and was all delivered the following day. Plants were great and a good mixture. Had a little issue with the Habistat accessory kit which wasn’t there fault as it’s a pre packed kit however after speaking to them on this issue they sorted it out quickly and promptly.
I couldn’t recommend them enough and will use them in the future.

Super fast delivery! Everything well packaged. Plants all arrived perfectly secure and look brilliant in my tortoises table top enclosure. Buzzard Reptile is the only place I shop as I know I'll never be disappointed!

A few of the locusts were dead on delivery and the medium sized cockroaches were so much smaller than the medium sized I normally order from elsewhere.

I've been shopping for aquatics/invertebrate/reptile supplies since 2021 and I've had....such a mixed bag of experiences, to put it mildly. Mostly not great, honestly - slow to ship, some that decline to ship at all after payment (?!), poor quality, unreasonable prices, etc.

And until this shop, I haven't seen any that indicate that a serious amount of research has been done into the husbandry for the species the shop caters to - it's clearly up to the buyer to be educated enough to buy the appropriate items for their animals, not just the items that manufacturers market for.

I took a chance on a larger order than I normally would be comfortable risking on a shop I'd never purchased from before (this has come back to bite me several times in the last few years, as recently as December), based purely on the impression I got from the products offered (as well as the item descriptions), which clearly evidenced a knowledgeable enough owner that this would be less of a "risk" than usual.

Items were shipped immediately and received quickly, and I was very impressed with the quality of the livegoods/plants. I'm still fairly novice in reptile-keeping, but I do prefer naturalistic/research-based husbandry in general, and it's a relief for me at this point to know that there's a shop available that not only ships to the Highlands without issue, but can support me to make sure I'm purchasing appropriately for my animals.

Cork bark and branches I ordered were as pictured. Box that delivery came in was shocking. Open at the top and falling apart, delivery driver said was picked up by him like that.
Would worry what the live bug shipment boxes would look like.
