You are always greeted with a smile & time & effort is put into making your time there relaxing & beneficial to your needs, including the bookings for follow up appointments.

I had a Botox treatment done, there was just one nurse available so after a few cancellations manage to see a new nurse (I wasn’t aware of this… I though I was seeing Stacey) instead I had Stacey’s mum, she mentioned she just had done her certificate and could only do specific areas …. So I’ve had it done with an inexperienced untrained nurse (none of this was mention to me at the front) just that they had someone new… anyway most of the product ended up being wipe out of my face… I trusted and assume Caci trained their nurses.
Weeks went by and had no effect ….i left it alone and decided to cancel after a few months but was offered to come to the Glenfield clinic (initially went to the birkenhead) to see Stacey and that they could fix it and put my membership on hold because they didn’t want to leave me unhappy… I said again “no, it’s ok I don’t want to complain I just want to cancel” but they insisted so I reconsider in keeping my membership, I went the next day only to find Stacey very unprofessional and blaming me in all ways possible for the Botox not staying in my face …like my face muscles must have push the Botox out or that I need more and I’m not doing enough, she had no idea I knew her mum did my last treatment ( she’s not where in the birkenhead it glenfield website she’s not a staff and with no experience) and I didn’t mentioned this to not make it awkward but realized how naived I was when she came back asking me to pay for the whole treatment and more because I just needed more Botox (paying again for a treatment I didn’t received) anyway the manager Rosanne told me they don’t give out free treatments and told me it was obvious the treatment was done and left it there for me to feel like a liar and ashamed … I left in tear as I was question about my integrity and there was talk about my forehead being small not like a normal size forehead…so unprofessional of Stacey and Rosanne to blame a client no apologies but they did offer to give me a free facial BUT wait… I had 2 facials in my membership they couldn’t honor due to them not having enough staff

The experience was amazing a therapist named Mia was taking extra care of my skin and keeping it hydrated and I felt my skin was taken care of every time I went in for my treatments.

I love my regular appointments at Caci. It's become part of my wellbeing and mental health. The dim lights, soft music, calm and friendly staff, the aromas in the entire clinic. The treatments and massage are amazing. I always recommend to my friends that they should sign up for a membership. It's worth every dollar.

Always welcomed with a friendly face. The girls at Hastings Caci look after all my need with great expertise. They have the answers to all my questions and I walk out feeling great. It’s true I gain skin confidence when I leave Caci.

Everytime I go to Caci Orewa I have a great experience the products and treatments are top notch. However it is the staff that really make it special. The staff are friendly and informative they know what they are doing and make you feel instantly comfortable. The level of care and respect for their clients is apparent throughout every appointment. I would highly recommend Caci Orewa to anyone wanting quality self care.

I found caci te rapa staff was the upmost professionals as being my first time experience every doing a treatment they were very friendly & helpful answering all my questions with the upmost repect!!!

My therapist Jasmine is lovely. She is very professional, always happy to see you and have a chat while having your procedure.

The skin therapists at Caci are honestly the best and most experienced I have ever come across, and I have been to many different providers. My skin has improved so much since I joined with Caci and would not go to anyone else now.
