The product was high quality and a great gift well received. However rhe ordeting was ambiguous and meant that I could not get the order until a week later and it was for Fathers Day. Most o items manage next day delivery as a matter of course these days so was disappointed with that part and when I called to rectify werent that helpful

I ordered a sweet selection for my step mothers 95 birthday and paid extra for delivery on her birthday but unfortunately these did not arrive, I contacted Cadbury on 19th to see what had happened only to find out the order was still at the couriers and will be delivered Monday 21st. Not a good service at all

For ruining my day
I have already spoken with Cadbury about ordering a 850g bar of chocolate with happy birthday on it ( I chose this product,HAPPY BIRTHDAY and placed it in my basket with a little message). I received no happy birthday sleeve and called them immediately ( Cadbury) and was told ( so rude) I never ordered this!!!!! I f that is the case why didn’t I just buy from supermarket same bar a lot cheaper and no postage costs. I will not trust Cadbury again.

Finding out I could no longer get Cadbury’s Highlights in my delivery was just not acceptable so finding out I could order directly from Cadbury’s was the ‘Highlight!’ Of my week. Order one day delivered the next was a brilliant service and I can continue to enjoy my low calorie Hot Chocolate.
