I ordered a few kitchen countertop samples. They were reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. The samples were carefully and beautifully packaged. I’m so impressed!
Terrible customer service. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with you, and on top of that, you sent me the wrong order. Extremely disappointing.
Ordered 4 samples, received an email acknowledgement, yet only 2 of the samples were shipped. Very disappointed. Since we have been on vacation since the samples were received, we have not been able t... Toon meer

Maybe try Cambria ...
We ordered four "free" in-stock quartz samples on 5/26 and paid $30 for shipping. It's now 39 days later and we've received one sample. We've received zero order updates from Caesarstone US. It's also impossible to speak to anyone on the phone at Caesarstone US. You sit on hold for awhile and then they disconnect the call. The reason I'm writing this is because they repeatedly sent emails addressed to "Dear customer," wondering "how they did," prompting a review. So here it is. Go elsewhere.
