June 23 was the third time we have used Roberto and his team.
As usual everything went very smoothly, from collection to drop off.
My only complaint is this time the car had more than 12km on the clock! (yes, it was a brand new car last time)
No, seriously, if you want an excellent service at very reasonable prices then you cannot go wrong with Cafisa

Brilliant service today from Cafisa car. I returned my car to Malaga airport and stupidly locked a bag with my passport in the car. The response time from Cafisa was brilliant. Less than 10 mins and it was sorted. Excellent all inclusive prices and spotless cars. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been using Cafisa car rental at Malaga Airport for a few years now. Roberto and his team have assisted me on a few occasions for example extending the car hire at short notice, leaving my own keys in the car having returned the car at the airport, they quickly sent them to my home in the UK. On my last trip they very quickly helped me out when I needed assistance at the airport returning the car.
Their whole process is slick and easy from the meet and greet at the arrivals terminal, they take you to your car just outside in the VIP car park to the ease of completion of the paperwork to get you on your way quickly. Upon return to the airport it could not be simpler … return the car with the same level of fuel as when you hired it, park the car and lock it. Send the details via WhatsApp to Cafisa of where in the car park it’s is and that’s it . No long queues or someone going over the car looking for problems.

The all inclusive rates are excellent no extra charges for additional drivers or child seats etc.

My husband and I have just returned from Spain. This is the first time we have used Cafisca. This Car Hire Company was recommended to us by our Time Share - Club Bena Vista. We cannot fault this Company. I emailed them with all the details we wanted included, so that if any thing unforeseen happened, we could come home without any hassle, i.e. No Money taken from our Credit Card. Everything went very smoothly from the time we came through Malaga Airport. Their Representative Juan was there with our name on a Board as they said it would be. He took us straight to our Car. We had ordered a smaller car as there was only 2 of us. The car was upgraded to a Peugeot 208 at no extra cost. Tank was half full and we returned it half full. We were told where to drop it off at the airport and all went very soothly. No monies taken from our card. Unlike, Avis, who some years ago, our son had the car broken into and they took £900.00 from his Credit Card. My husband and I traced the car at the time to a Audi garage, who told us that Avis had told them to repair all the scratches on the car besides the actual damage that was done at the time of the break-in. My son had already flown home, and he found out that they had taken the money. Luckily, he worked for a Company who used Avis quite a bit and made a complaint through them. He was refunded half the money. We have never used Avis since and will not use them in the future. We cannot find any faults with Cafisca and will certainly be using them again.

super experience with cafisarentacar, nice car with decent tires and good brakes.Half Price of other companies, Have forgotten my purse in the car during dlivery, no problem, everything was sent to my homeaddres for free.
