I wish there was an option of no stars…
I wish there was an option of no stars as CAFU seriously does not deserve any rating. We are a business in DUBAI and highly relied on fuel from CAFU. Since January 2026, they have just stopped delivery of fuel and my money is sitting in CAFU account for the past 2 months. I have tried sending them emails, to which I have not received any response. I call their toll free number and all they say is a request has been raised. This again has been going on for the past month. I tried watsapp support (honestly dont know why they say "Support" when they can't assist you in any way) and it is the same experience of speaking to someone on the phone: Customers are told to wait and requests are raised. Nobody is talking about my money that is sitting with CAFU for the past 2 months. I will be reaching out to DET as they are the highest authority that can hopefully help resolve my problem.

Being a corporate customer
Being a corporate customer, CAFU stopped suppling of Fuel delivery, asked for advance money and now not delivering the fuel, I ask for refund but each time automated e mail comes that it is under review, I want my money back or to resume the services.

I have been using cafu to refill fuel…
I have been using cafu to refill fuel from past 2yrs, recently last January onwards I am not able to refill the fuel, wherever I try to search location to refill the fuel, its shows not available, its really a bad experience and was not expecting such services, I even tried to request on whatsup, the officer are even not able to help.and also what we have added in our wallet..its non refundable, than why is this service provided to the customers.

I would like to formally express my strong disappointment with your service and the way my case was handled:
Your team took more than 3 hours to respond, despite my repeated calls and being told each time that I would be contacted within 10 minutes.
I was informed the technician would arrive within 25 minutes, yet the actual delay was more than 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Your customer service is extremely poor, responses are very slow, with more than 50 minutes between each reply, and my case was clearly not treated as a priority.
The technician also failed to provide the necessary documents after the service.
This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and treatment.

They cancel orders randomly which causes troubles and last moment problems . Do not use this ever .. ever and ever. This app should be banned .

We purchased company plans with Cafu and paid a significant amount in the wallet. Whenever we tried to schedule a refill, the earliest slot available was at least 48 hours later. Even then, when the refill time arrived, they simply canceled the schedule without notice.
Due to repeated cancellations, this started affecting our team’s operations, causing time loss and financial impact. We decided to cancel the service, but for over two months we have been requesting a refund of our AED 3000+ balance. Their only response on calls and emails is: “Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours.” No one ever contacts us, and no refund has been processed.
Very poor service. Do not rely on them for serious contracts or business operations.

am extremely disappointed with CAFU’s service. I loaded more than AED 2,000 into my CAFU wallet, yet I have never been able to receive fuel service. Every attempt to book fuel shows “unable to fuel.”
I contacted CAFU customer support multiple times through phone calls and chat, requesting a refund. However, I was informed that there is no refund policy, which is completely unacceptable. Holding customer money without providing service or refund is highly unprofessional.
This experience has caused serious inconvenience and financial stress. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others NOT to use CAFU.

Thought I would give them another go. Booked a slot 24 hours in advance and they cancelled at the last moment. Poor management and I assume they’re in financial trouble.

I used to love this company. It was great...but recently has become absolute garbage. They cancel order after order, at the last minute! I had 6 orders canceled in a row, with fhe bookings being made 3 or 4 days in advance. Not worth it. What a pile of garbage. Was left stranded at work without enough fuel to get me home. They need to add drivers and trucks or don't take orders if you can't fill them. Unethical.

I had a terrible experience with the service. I have schedule a petrol for Saturday night at 9:30 pm and was given a time slot for sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm. However sunday at 4:02 pm my appointment was canceled without any notification. This is honestly the worst service and customer support I have ever encountered.

Discriminating behaviour! Their driver was rude, anettentive, not willing to help, moreover refused to tank my car because their application (even tho i added my new driving plate number) for some reason booked to my old driving plate number the service. He didnt show me how to change the booking he got in his tall seat talking down on me raising his voice (on a women). I kept asking him please check its same car, its my phone you called its my booking. Its friday afternoon theres huge traffic in dubai and the fueling service has a 2 hour window. He forced me to cancel my booking on the middle of the street and when i showed him my new booking he drove away left me standing on the street next to his car!!! I never met such a rude behaviour in UAE to a woman but this was next level! Their phone number sais its busy and you cannot place a call! Their whatsapp chat does nothing besides saying sorry for your inconvenience! I literally almost had a heart attack from how upsetting this incident was!!!!
