This website advertises premium products but delivers cheap counterfeits. When confronted, they offer insulting "compensation" instead of a full refund. They are stalling. They are scammers.
It's a scam. I received a plain black jacket with two pockets, not a travel coat with 16 pockets that converts to a duffel bag. No refund allowed. Do not buy it!
I got scammed here. I ordered the 16-pocket travel coat but received a regular 2-pocket coat instead. They refuse to issue a full refund and also refuse to provide or pay for a return label, despite EU consumer protection laws.
Ich habe nicht die von mir bestellte Jacke erhalten. Bestellt habe ich eine Travel-Jacke mit 16 Taschen. Erhalten habe ich irgend eine Regenjacke ohne Taschen.

Yep, it's a scam. I had my suspicions so I made sure to pay with my credit card. The chargeback should be a slam dunk as the item they sent me was not as described. I received a plain black jacket with two pockets, not a travel coat with 16 pockets that converts to a duffel bag.
They even tried to gaslight me with this nonsense in their first response email... "Regarding the product, our team has confirmed its functioning according to its design specifications. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding."
Avoid. It's a scam. Do not buy anything from this fraudulent operation.
It’s a Chinese scam. I ordered a 16 pocket travel coat, and it’s all fake. It doesn’t even exist and their support is also fake with standard auto replies. DO NOT BUY HERE.
Scam company.
Their travel jacket with numerous inside pockets, have no inside pockets. It's merely a cheap shell and they're refusing to refund me. I fell for it!
When I sent them photos of what I received, asking for a return label, they sent me this message ...
"We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order."
I'll update this review if the outcome changes, yet buyer beware, don't fall for it!
Fitted perfectly once I changed the zip on the garment. The teeth on your one are far too large for standard UK fitting, but once I found and fitted a compatible zip it worked perfectly and gave me the extra room. Thank you.

Made an order in november 2024 and I still haven’t recieved anything. They Claus to have reshipped it two times and therefor can’t return me my money. I haven’t recieved any proof of the reshipment…
