The Rideau center location in Ottawa, Canada was the worse place as the worker which didn’t get her name as she’s Moroccan background was so rude asking so much questions as where did I get the money from and personal questions for exchanging money more than 3000$ as I only said in st Laurent they never ask that much questions then she threw my money and said go there then, and she as touching her nose every time she touched the money and if you can’t work and answer questions and got patient then why work with customers, she needs some manners

I attended to some business for a future trip. Anthony W. was the Calforex Southgate employee who helped me.
He was professional and personable.

I will for sure continue to do business with Calforex in the future.

Their staff and the boss asked questions no other exchanges would ask. I'll never come back there. Very pure service. It's better to use others. And also, it is impossible to find a parking nearby. Location only for pedestrians.

I've dealt with Calforex since 2005 in both a professional (Chartered Management Accountant, Cdn$-US$) and personal (3 relocations to/ from Canada/ the UK, Cdn$-£GBP) and in total have saved tens of thousands of dollars compared to my employer's and my personal bank accounts.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for foreign currency.

I've been going to this bureau for a few years now, and not only have they never failed to provide the best rates in town, but they never seem to run out of the currencies I need!

The tellers always welcome me with a smile (even with masks, you can hear the smile in their voices) and manage to deliver an unrivaled customer service!

I'm happy that they have managed to stay open every day of the week, despite the pandemic. It's truly like a breath of fresh air to enter my local branch.
