Too flimsy
Too flimsy. I am very very sensitive to products of this nature. These are not for me, I thought they were free from everything. Obviously not.

I'm sorry to hear that you've struggled to find products that you aren't sensitive to, that sounds really difficult. We really appreciate you sharing so much and we're sorry to hear that our liners caused you problems. Did you try our day or night pads at all?
We never want customers to pay for products that they aren't happy with, so I've issued you a refund of £4.50 to cover the liners in your box. This should show in your account in the next couple of working days if it isn't already.

Great, easy to use service! Only small criticism is that smaller packaging could be used for small orders/no need for instructions for repeat customers?

Lovely product
Lovely product, much more comfortable than other brands which can feel plasticky in your pants!
Nice packaging, all recycled and easy to amend orders for delivery.
