Full of bugs, lose of time, is user friendly and looks good, but is really unusable.

Olá, callbell eu vim deixar essa avaliação sobre a funcionalidade da ferramenta de vocês sinceramente eu dói 5 estrelas muito bom! Eu acho bem melhor que a Manychat.

- El chat inhibe comandos usados reemplazandolos por el último texto copiado, cosa que no pasa en whatsapp.
- Es dificil distinguir mensajes nuevos de los ya respondidos y la página no siempre avisa cuando entran mensajes nuevos

Estou usando o serviço para minha empresa há dois anos e posso afirmar com toda certeza que tem sido uma experiência extremamente positiva. Recensione iniziale: "Il servizio offerto dall'azienda è sicuramente valido, avendolo anche confrontato con quello di altre aziende. Mi sono trovato nella necessità di sospendere il servizio e l'ho fatto seguendo le loro indicazioni, nei tempi giusti per poterlo disdettare. Mi è anche arrivata la mail in cui mi dicevano che la disdetta era andata a buon fine. Però mi hanno fatturato lo stesso il trimestre successivo. Ho contattato l'assistenza che mi ha detto di avere segnalato la problematica. Dopo una settimana, non avendo avuto risposte, ho ricontattato l'assistenza che mi ha detto di aver segnalato all'amministrazione il mio reclamo e che aveva avuto risposta che sarebbe stato sistemato. A tutt'oggi, dopo già un mese di messaggi e contro messaggi, non sono stato contattato dall'amministrazione, non ho avuto il rimborso né so se lo avrò mai. Non è il comportamento di un'azienda seria. Avranno pure un buon prodotto, ma di sicuro hanno anche un servizio post vendita inefficiente. O forse è uno stratagemma che usano, il non rispondere mai, come le assicurazioni, e prendono il cliente per stanchezza. Non si può certo andare per vie legali per importi del genere, ma di sicuro non si fanno una buona pubblicità. Di certo è che si stanno tenendo i miei soldi."
09-09-2024: Forse a seguito di questa recensione il titolare dell'azienda in persona mi ha chiamato scusandosi per l'accaduto ed assumendosi la colpa per intero. Mi è stato rimborsato l'ìimporto indebitamente prelevato. Rimborso e scuse, il giusto comportamento di un'azienda quando crea dei problemi ad un cliente. Al momento opportuno riprenderò ad utilizzare il loro servizio perchè è valido.

The interface is user-friendly and allow to centralize all client interaction. We are using this tool in our company since a couple of year and we are quite happy with it.

In general works fine but If you can avoid using it, avoid it:
The user interface can have improvements.
Many leads are lost on the way from Ad campaigns to callbell, around 20-30%
Their cancellation policies are not clear from the beginng, you have to cancel 7 days in advance of your contract renwal (almost every other platform allows it to make it the day before)

They kidnapp the phone number you register and ask for a 299EUR ransom

I've been using the Callbell solution for a while, but I faced several problems so I wasn't enjoying the experience. Also, it's very expensive and overcomplicated.

I switched to WaliChat, and what a difference! First of all, it's much more attractive and user-friendly. I could handle it within minutes. Moreover, it's super stable, and whenever I had a little issue, the support team resolved it right away.

I have a team in my company using WaliChat, and they are delighted. We started with 1 number and a few agents, and now I have the entire company with several numbers working happily and productively.

The service worked well for the first couple of weeks and then we ran into a wave of different problems like:
1. Large latency in sending the messages
2. Some of the messages weren't delivers to the end user at all
3. When writing to a new contact for the 1st time - the message is sent twice
4. The names of the contact are not syncronized across with the original WhatApp application
5. No ability to send voice messages, files or see if the messages was delivered or read.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is becaues the support is really always there and tries hard to cover up all the flaws the service has. But overall experience is disgusting. Not recommended.
