I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Callfy.
An account was created under my email without my clear consent, and I was charged multiple times (€34.99) for a service I never intentionally subscribed to.

There is no proper way to cancel the subscription on their website, and customer support does not respond at all.

Even after requesting cancellation, they charged my card again.
This is extremely concerning and appears to be a deceptive subscription trap.

I have now reported this company to my bank and to European consumer protection authorities.

Be very careful!!!!

Valley is a scam site. It said it charges 1$ for identifying a caller through the number and they charged my card $40 and they never gave me an answer. I'm trying to withdraw my subscription and even wrote to complain, but nobody answered.

Hochkriminelle Organisation, illegale Abbuchung vorgenommen, ich werde Strafantrag stellen, meine Kreditkarte habe ich schon gesperrt. Wollen das Geld nicht zurückzahlen, habe denen gedroht, aber das wird die nicht beeindrucken. Absolut kriminell!! Finger weg!!!!

These scammers charge subscription fees without the customer's consent and do not return the money.

I believed the page where it says “only €.50.” I chose that option, they never found what I wanted, and then a one day later, they charged me €34.99.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.

When I sent them an email to ask them why they took the liberty of charge me the exorbitant amount without permission, they led me to pages where it was buried deeply that they would charge me.

Wollte einmalig zahlen um eine Nummer zu überprüfen - danach anscheinend ein ABO und die Verbrecher haben mir 3 mal 35 Euro abgebucht !

Scam. They make it seem like they can reverse search a number and blurr the information, you pay the 50 cents, and after you pay there is no data. No matter if you refresh, no data, nothing. Then, there is no possibility to click on anything or contact someone or cancel. After 24 hours they charge your card for 37 euros and you cannot cancel or contact anyone. Absolute scam/fraud. You will need to contact your bank and block whatever card you used ASAP.

Awful scammers. I have the same experience. Very bad. Anyone, how did you do after they charge you to get back your money and to make sure they will not do it again?

Scamming Service.

They blurred the information about the potential caller to give the impression that it could identify the caller.

After payment, the blurred information showed “No data”

Scam, not working and they tried to steal me 37€

They try to scam me with 37€ , i made service for 50 cnet than next day try to charge 37

Scam. Imposible to close the ‘automatic’ subscription.

Absolute scam. Offer you a $1 service, never deliver it and then charge $75 as a subscription that you can't cancel

Simply a fraud

These scammers wanted to write off 36 euros from me and what was already written off they did not provide the service, beware of scammers
