My entire family uses CALPAK luggage and travel accessories. I love the bright colors of the Luka duffle bags and they are so roomy, yet fit under the airplane seat with ease. My favorite travel accessory is the cosmetic case which is the perfect TSA friendly toiletry bag. My kids use the foldable duffle bags for overnight sleepovers. The colors and patterns are so fun!

Calpak is my go-to travel bags. I have one that is for my in-flight carry-on , I have a gym bag, and a backpack for work and or travel. All are very durable and have a special separate shoe compartment which is my favorite

All of our luggage and bags are from CALPAK. I have been using CALPAK since 2017 and have not had a bad experience. Not to mention I use their lunch bags for work. I always recommend this brand for luggage needs.

The Terra 26L backpack is the best I've ever traveled with! Fit everything for a 10 day trip abroad- my mom event got one as well.

Calpak has been my go-to for travel and luggage essentials. They create such innovative products that create a solution for things you don’t even think of. Even when I tell myself I’m done buying travel things, Calpak comes out with something I didn’t know I needed.

Their quality and customer service is top tier, and they constantly have sales year-round which I really appreciate.

With just a year of supporting Calpak I’ve accumulated over 10 items that I swear by and never travel without.

I have owned two different versions of the Kaya backpack, before purchasing my third in Gunmetal Black last year. I have always had great luck with these backpacks, but within a couple of months, the zippers on the one I purchased (both of the main zippers) broke. I reached out for support and was told I had two options, the second of which would void the warranty. However, if I chose that one, they would be able to ship a replacement right away, and I wouldn't have to pay any shipping costs (with the first option, you are forced to pay shipping and a processing fee). It felt too good to be true, but I have had great experiences with Calpak in the past, so I saw no reason to doubt their integrity. Just one month later, I have yet another backpack with a broken zipper. The same exact issue as before. I would assume this might just be an issue with the Gunmetal Black zipper, as my prior backpacks both had gold zippers. But now, after purchasing not only several backpacks but also an entire luggage set through them, I will never buy from Calpak again. A company should stand behind its products when they are defective. Further, to encourage customers to use this "too-good-to-be-true" warranty process feels manipulative. They say it's to make sure customers don't use the same item for multiple warranty claims... but if that's the case, then why can't I send my brand-new broken item back as proof? It's clear to me that by incentivizing customers to keep their broken items and void their warranties, they are expecting customers to have issues again and again. Reading some of the other reviews on here, it's clear this company is not backed by integrity. I posted this exact same review on Calpak's website, but I would assume it won't be posted based on what I'm seeing here.

Echo what another reviewer has said. I did not provide a 5 star review on an item and Calpak has not posted it on the site. I'm now questioning the legitimacy of their reviews if they filter them and will not post anything lower than a 4 star rating. Misleading potential customers on the quality of their products.

Beware! I left a one-star review on Calpaktravel.com and they were quick to offer a discount (same day) but not make public my review on their website (still waiting). I purchased the Kaya 15 inch Laptop Backpack and within a month the straps came undone. Used it for work and commuted by train in NYC. Beautiful and unreliable.

Do not buy after almost 8 months the strap ripped on onside. Do not have the original receipt but a copy on my credit card. Very evident in the photos it is their quality that is the issue. So sad loved this backpack look but will not buy again as they do not take care of the customer.

I purchased a luggage set for my daughter as a Christmas present. She then purchased a set for me as a gift. The first time I used it, the wheels cracked. After a few times of using, my daughters cracked (after mine). My daughter contacted Calpak to find out that they would do NOTHING for either of us! This is expensive luggage, and needless to say, I will never purchase from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is beyond poor in my opinion. DON’T BUY!!

I am a current customer, I bought 4 Luckas bags, one of wich has both zippers broken. I sent a email with photos for the warranty claim over 3 months ago, but nobody has responded. There's no customer service phone number to speak with a human being. This is the worst service that exist.

Worst customer service, would not purchase from them again. My package was stolen from my gated apartment building’s mailroom. Calpak says there is nothing they can do since FedEx claims it was “delivered.” They refuse to file a claim with FedEx and instead advised me to call the police. It’s unacceptable for a large e-commerce brand to not be able to process package theft claims. It is a very common occurrence in big cities.

If I could give this company and product a negative number I would. The luggage is terrible quality and the wheels were broken with my first trip. Trying to get a replacement part was a painful process and then the parts they sent did not fit. Asked for a return label for the replacement parts and luggage, I was not asking for a refund on the luggage, and was told to throw it all away. Way to go CALPAK

I always see Calpak's ads and their bags look so cute. I made my first purchase last year. While I like their designs, they have products whose quality is lower than expectation, especially for the price (the material of the lunch bag, for example, is very thin). I do love their clear cosmetic organizer but their products' quality depends on each product itself so there's no way to tell. Have never contacted customer service before so I have no say on that matter.

They only post reviews on their website that favors them. I tried posting my review twice. Still haven’t seen it on the website. They also don’t respond very quickly to emails and some items don’t have warranty, EVEN if they are defective, they won’t at least exchange or replace it. Not worth it.

I am disappointed with my suitcase I purchased from Dillards recently , it fell apart on its first trip. I was directed to contact your customer service department for a replacement, but I was informed that I need the original itemized receipt, which I no longer have. I didn’t plan on returning it so I did not think to keep my receipt.
I understand the policies in place, but I am now without a functioning luggage and out of $300.

First ripped, then second ripped. Ordered August 2023. Use it once a week. By November, one of the straps had almost completely ripped off. They sent a replacement. Since then, I’ve continued to use it once a week. By June 2024, another strap has started to rip. I haven’t stored these hanging, overstuffed, or used it to lug anything but a laptop and maybe a novel. Because I initially chose the replacement option that didn’t require me to send the backpack back (I would have had to do it at my own expense - ridiculous when the bag is defective) I don’t have any recourse on this damaged bag (confirmed after leaving this review — Calpak reached out and said I was SOL). It feels pretty crappy & punitive toward customers when it’s their product that’s the problem. I hate to be a curmudgeon, but I can’t buy from Calpak again if they're going to balance their crappy quality on their customers & not themselves. If you're on a budget & expect your investment in quality to pay off, DO NOT SHOP HERE>

Purchased the Jen Atkin Trunk for about $300. That’s a little too expensive to break in -3 years for me when there are other luggages for less than $200 that last a lifetime. Never again.

Simple refund request. Website response says I will/should have received e-mail with return info. No such e-mail - not in Spam, just not there. This is hardly the "above and beyond" claim that CalPak makes for customer service. Just the opposite.

Such a great experience with Calpak always! I ordered my first ever Calpak carry on suitcase almost exactly 2 years ago. After almost monthly flights for work and personal reasons, one of the wheels got damaged and made it impossible to roll. I contacted Calpak, sent them images of the damage and within less than 24 hours they responded and helped get a replacement out to me as soon as possible! This whole process from starting the email to getting my replacement suitcase took less than a week!

Not to mention this is truly the best suitcase and has lasted me through hundreds of flights!!
