My purchases from CALPACK have been the best thing ever. I purchased the Ambeur 3-Piece Luggage Set in Silver, the cosmetic case in small, medium, and large, shoe cases, the compression packing cubes in small, medium, and large, jewelry case, Stevyn Duffel Bag with Shoe Compartment in Black and the clear luggage protectors. I love that all of my luggage accessories are the same color and are just as durable and reliable as the luggage set. I am a chronic over packer and I am able to be just who I am with these pieces. It's totally worth the buy.

I have been eyeing the Luka Large Duffel in dragonfruit for the longest. I signed up for the mailing list because I can't wait for for the next drop! I do, however, wish that CALPAK still sold the clear luggage protectors though. Mine have been tore up so bad with all the rough handling from the airlines. That's definitely going to be my next buy if those every come back. CALPAK- if you're reading this, bring back the luggage protectors.

Great customer service! I have been a customer for a few years, buying multiples of items like the Luka duffels, as well as cosmetic cases, for both myself and as gifts. Most recently, I made a mistake when ordering. Immediately I contacted customer service to fix the problem (via email). Even though I did not have the ability to talk to a live person, the response was swift, allowing me to cancel the whole thing and re-order the correct items. Grateful for that speedy help, as it was during a sale time and I was trying to take advantage of a good price.

Great packing accessories higher quality than generic Amazon brands longer lasting. Totes are great carry on size. Like the pink color.

Absolutely incredible products! The storage and amount of pockets in my sling bag (Terra) and my Luka belt are the perfect solution for day to day life with little kids out of the baby stage. The company has excellent rewards system and fair pricing. It’s my go to bag company!

Best travel gear out there - been using my Luka backpack for 3 years and it’s still beautiful, no rips or stains and I carry A LOT for work. I had an issue with an order I place where I needed to cancel and though it was already shipped out the calpak customer service rep was incredibly helpful in cancelling my order, definitely recommend. Loved the Calpak Luka Duffel. The chocolate color is lovely and it's really comfortable for traveling. The straps don't dig into your shoulders. It's a good weekend bag, but I've also used it for a week or more. Lots of compartments too.

Absolutely love all Calpak products! I use the sling bag daily along with their backpack! I even have had to get my daughter a backpack!! Their luggage is amazing and holds up to all of my travels.

I’ve bought so much from Calpak (primarily their baby bags/backpacks) and I have not been disappointed. Their stuff is amazing. I’ve recommended to my family and will continue to support them! Just waiting for them to drop a good midsize tote bag in the material similar to their diaper bags. Or a cute crossbody purse in that material?! Would be obsessed.

I love calpak, everything I have purchased is great quality and super cute. If you are traveling you cannot go wrong with their suitcases. They lock and have so many compartments for organizing.

The Luka backpack is a little tighter than I thought, I use it for school so I do need to get a lot of things in there and they don't all fit but they do have a bigger size which I might try. Color wise it's more neutral than I expected (Latte) but it's still pretty, has lots of compartments which is good when traveling to keep things organized.
The connect backpack is really cute for school, it has a keys chain that i felt was missing on the Luka and it's pretty to look at. Pricing is a little on the higher side but I believe it is justifiable for the quality of the product and the variety and most importantly their willingness to keep listening to their customers.
Overall they're awesome! Love their customer service team online, I'm sure they get tons of messages and tags and they still make time to reply and check back on their customers and messages. I'm giving a 5 rating not because the products are perfect but because their products are great and they are willing to listen, improve and fix whatever issue or concern customers have.
