Fantastic service, replies by email were very prompt even on weekends. Fixed my camera with no hesitation, while other repair shops weren't even willing to look at it. To top it off camera was returned earlier than expected on a bank holiday weekend! Couldn't ask for more!

Amazing service, I am delighted. My Nikon D80 would turn on for less than a second before switching itself off. Turns out the circuit was faulty. Wes replaced it with a second hand circuit salvaged from another camera and hey presto it now works perfectly. Quick turnaround and great value. Thank you very much Wes.

What a great Company. SD card broke inside the card reader in my Mirrorless canon. Emailed them and Wes sent an estimate the next day. Sent the camera special delivery and it was fixed in a couple of days. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Fast service repairing a broken zoom on 20-70mm lens. Returned fixed within 4 days of sending it off to be repaired. Kept informed consistently and the only camera repair place to offer a more than reasonable price. Absolutely thrilled with the service and will be using again if needed.

Repaired LCD on a 10 year old Panasonic camera. They appear to be able to source parts for cameras which have been discontinued. So I was very pleased with a quick turnaround and reasonable pricing.

From my initial enquiry to my lens being repaired and returned to me was just over a week. My lens was purchased second hand, it had damage to the front element. It was not initially noticed on purchase from an online auction site. But it did affect the photos. They received my lens on a Monday, the repair was completed on Tuesday. Every step of the way I was kept informed. I arranged payment on the Tuesday and received my lens on the Thursday the same week.So for a fast quality service at a great price, look no further. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sent my camera and received it back 11 days later and that includes 2 weekends. Kept me informed all the way through repair.Excellent company will definitely use again if need to. Canon Powershot SX510 HS with a bug (the six legged kind)

I'd taken this camera into the biggest and only main camera dealer that I could find in Birmingham as an insect had managed to get inside and to find its final resting place. I was told by the assistant that no one would look at it as it was an old camera and parts wouldn't be available. I asked if it could be cleaned and was given the same answer. So after a quick web search I found and emailed CRD for an estimate. That came back within a few hours and I sent off the camera on Tuesday. I got an email the following day to say the camera had been received and passed to a technician and on Friday an email telling me the camera had been cleaned and ready to go. I made the payment as per the estimate and got the camera back 7 days after it left me in perfect working order with no bug staring at me when I turn it on.

I would definitley recommed CRD especially if you have an older camera that big stores or chains have turned away. Communication, service, speed and price are all excellent.

The lens barriers for my Canon digital camera were faulty. They provided a quote for the fix and instructions for sending the camera quickly. On receiving it the camera was fixed and returned within a week. Throughout the process they provided updates, on receiving, during fixing and returning the camera. Great service.

I contacted Wes at camera repair direct regarding my broken Nikon d500 who replied promptly with a very reasonable quote and detailed instructions on how to package and send the camera.
