I was having trouble logging on to the Canaccord portal. I phoned Client Services but that went through to voice mail; I phoned my relationship manager and after a long pause got the message they were unavailable so my call was being put through to Reception. That then went through to voice mail. Finally I tried a different option on the call and got through to Michelle Brown. Michelle was really helpful and we tried a number of things before she got me in. So that was really great after my earlier troubles. Thank you Michelle!

My experience of Canaccord Wealth has covered over 5 years, with annual reviews with a dedicated manager (that does not change every year {a further indication that this company treats its employees as it treats its clients}) and in this particular case, I forgot a password to log in to the online site to access my portfolio details.
A simple call (answered immediately by Jayne Clarkson) put me through security to identify me, followed by an immediate resolution of the problem. This is what is considered the "old fashioned" standard of banking, which can be considered rare among financial institutions these days, but fortunately not with Canaccord.
