And that's my advice to anyone considering to do business with Canvape. I placed my order on March 1, 2026 & they accepted my payment immediately.
Today (March 2, 2026) I get an e-mail from them which states (and I quote) :
"Your order has been canceled
Order #PV97033 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded."
Their Customer Service team contacted me via email & advised me that the reason they canceled my order is because despite having the same last name & address as me, because his first name is different than mine (on the credit card I used to place the order), it goes against their policy.
I should've known not to do business with this company. They seemed very sketchy to me, because they have two websites (canvape.com & on.canvape.com). They claim the latter is for ordering purposes.
Now I'm out $115.09, because I had to use my son's credit card (I don't use credit cards), and I already paid my son the money.

Placed order was billed got confirmation then next day got email that order was cancelled and pmt has not yet been refunded due to unforeseen circumstances. What's unforeseen? I ordered things that site said we're in stock. And order was confirmed so wth!? And now i wait who knows how long to get my money back! THE WEEK OF XMAS!

False advertising for free shipping.
As someone who has ordered previously on canvape I’ve always taken advantage of their over 99.00 shipping is free. Canvape posts this on their website BUT emails you asking for additional funds due to the rise in shipping costs. This is very sneaky business. Do not advertise free shipping over 99 if you do not intend to stick by your website. It is posted all over the site. When I said you’re false advertising they basically held my order hostage until I paid the extra shipping. There are many other online shops that do not do dirty business which I will happily spend my money at. This was just a warning for those who fall for their false advertising.

Very rude customer service
Very rude customer service. Send them an email and see for yourself. One word answers, and a lack of care for quality customer service. If your package is misdelivered they tell you you’re out of luck unless you pay for route insurance. Canada Post has $100 of insurance included in the postage paid. But mention you’ll do a chargeback for products not received and see how quick they do a 180 and submit a service ticket with Canada Post. Recent court judgement defines what "delivery" means and forcing customers to pay for route insurance is not legal

Add more shipping methods
Forced to change my review due to a change in shipping methods. The site is still pretty good, but you guys picked UPS for nothing. Every e-liquid delivery turns into a torment as they like to chisel in the eye and make delivery problems on the spot. I used to love buying stuff from you guys, but this is the last time I'll ever do that
