I ordered framed prints of 8 of our wedding photos. First time, SIX of the eight arrived with damage to the frames. I just got the replacements for those six today. Three of them are damaged this time. Hopefully they replace them as easily as they did the first time, but I would really have liked them to arrive undamaged initially.

I thought customer service was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they redid the proofs until I was completely satisfied. The shipping , once you approve the proofs was quick and packaged better than any pictures I have ever received. The care of these canvases and the secure way of sending them was phenomenal. The quality of the canvas is exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to recreate that special someone(s)

Ordered a frame print for Christmas gift-they sent a rolled up photograph-not canvas-with no frame. Sent pics to support of the small triangular box including the shipping label and order number and they are making me jump through more hoops to get a refund.
Paid $30 for expedited shipping and the package arrived two days later than promised.
Customer service and product both poor.

CanvasPop has always delivered high quality prints. I often exhibit my artwork and I am proud to display them on framed prints from CanvasPop. I recently had a minor defect on a single print, and the support team was great. They replaced the print without any hassle and the replacement looks perfect. I highly recommend this company.

Product came two days later than promised. Paid for a framed photo and they shipped a rolled up photo and no frame. No response from Support after three days and two emails.

I had a horrible experience with Canvaspop!

First, they sent me a canvas print with the bottom of the picture cut out and the picture was too dark! They sent the canvas print and i told them what was wrong and I was told that the picture on the canvas automatically darkens! OK, so then, lighten it to look like the photo! I had them send another and that was trash! The border around the photo was not even close to being even around the print!

I was looking forward to getting my canvas print, but they kept messing and then, I told them that I needed a refund! That was a stressful situations, not only because they don't follow directions! But, they seem to be new at this job!

The staff at Canvaspop worked closely with me to make sure I was fully satisfied. The colors they produced were very beautiful, but also not overbearing and we're close to the images I submitted. The framing was convenient, looks classy, and was well priced.

Ordered a canvas of our dog who recently passed away. The first prints colouring was a bit off, I emailed them and they responded right away and sent a reprint with the colouring fixed. No extra charge and I got to keep the original. They were great to deal with and I would 100% order again

What a terrible experience! I ordered a large print for $500. The first arrived completely damaged. The customer service representative agreed to send a second at no additional cost, which seemed very appropriate although they requested additional images. Given the extent of the damage it seemed unnecessary. Unfortunately the second canvas frame is warped whereby one corner sticks out of the wall 2.5 inch more than the other. It looks terrible. Unfortunately the customer service representative declined to assist because it is hung on a picture rail system. Definitely go elsewhere if you are looking for high quality.

They were wonderful to work with. They implemented the changes I wanted from the original photo. They wanted to make it a "love it" experience and they did. The final framed product was beautiful and just what I wanted.

Print was fine, but I paid $500 for a large Canvas mount. Frame was super flimsy and arrived broken. Zero customer support—not even an acknowledgment of the issue. I fixed it myself, but buyer beware. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

UPDATE: changing review, as their customer service team finally got back to me. They offered to refund the entire price or ship a new one, which was much appreciated.

Ordered a print for a Christmas present due to their statement of delivery by 12/17. No word from them, status has not changed and definitely has not shipped. Don’t believe their statement on guaranteed delivery before Christmas, definitely a lie. Hope the quality is better than their “on time delivery”.

I have ordered a couple prints from this company. The smaller print, no issues. I ordered a large, 60”x40” print. The stretcher frame they put the canvas is so small and flimsy in broke in transit on the first delivery. They agreed to reprint the order at no cost and I just received it. Again, flimsy stretcher bars for such a giant print. The stretcher isn’t broken this time, but the image is not fully stretched and has buckles in the print. Absolutely disgusted. Out hundreds of dollars for a shoddy product. Go with GREATBIGCANVAS or someone else reputable. I would not trust that some of their good reviews are none other than their own.

My photo wasn't the best for large printing, but they made some adjustments and it came out beautifully! Materials are high quality, printing color has good depth, and canvas stretching very good. It exceeded my expectations. Printing was fast, and shipping on time. Just wonderful! I highly recommend.

Just received the canvas it's absolutely beautiful, I'm over the moon with the quality and finish of it. I'm sure my daughter and son in law will love it when I give them it at Christmas. Speedy delivery as well. Thanks! Would highly recommend 👌

I am very impressed with this company. I didn’t expect to receive my canvas overnight and so was very relaxed about delivery date - it was worth the wait! One of the graphic designers had taken the time to improve the graphics, the quality of the canvas is excellent and I feel confident to use them again. Well done CanvasPop Team!
