I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Skip Cappagh Hire. On multiple occasions, both delivery and collection have been delayed without proper communication or updates, which has caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption to my plans.

What’s equally frustrating is the lack of care from the office staff. Requests don’t seem to be properly noted or followed up on, and bookings appear to be forgotten or mishandled. When issues are raised, there’s very little effort to resolve them or even acknowledge the frustration caused

I've uploaded the videos on my review on Google Reviews for Cappagh Group of Comapanies.
On 16 April 2026, a Cappagh truck driver tried to run me off the motorway onto the hard shoulder approaching junction 10 on the M25. If you watch the videos, you can see that I'm travelling at the appropriate speed for exiting the motorway, and you can see my car pushed into the hard shoulder. Cappagh as a company have not responded to me in any way, even though I can see that they have downloaded my footage and recevied my emails. Reading other reviews, it seems that they are a company that:
i) has repeated incidents with dangerous and unconsiderate employee drivers
ii) has a policy of NOT addressing this issue in anyway.

Driver was ar a junction turning onto kilburn lane London. Decided to stop turning right and nearly knocked me down by reversing!
Then swore at me telling me. I should not be there!what kind of company employs such morons who dont even check what they are doing?

Unreliable.
Needed a skip first thing on a Friday morning. I was told it would be delivered between 7am-12pm; it didn’t arrive. When I contacted Cappagh, they said their drivers were on their breaks, and it would be delivered before 2pm; it wasn’t. When the skip was eventually delivered it was too late to complete the job.

Welcome to Cappagh where you can block a disabled access and all without any notice and in violation of Code 27 - and 40 minutes later still there and not moving despite knowing. Well done
