Firstly, I left a review somewhere from within their app but good luck finding it out on the surface web. I couldn’t get past the registration section due to a “phone validation” error message when entering my mobile phone number. I’m from Ireland so I selected the usual prefix and tried both dropping the ‘0’ and leaving it there. Contacted support who stated I use some number I’ve never seen before, I explained to them and this was their response “As I already wrote, you had the number 705723980 listed in your registration.
Try registering with the number you provided”. I tried using SSO with both Google & Apple just in case it was something Apple did but go nowhere so I just asked them to cancel and delete my data. Very poor all round.

Very disappointing experience.
I was told there was no need to clean the car before returning it, but later they tried to charge me for a “dirty interior.” They also refunded £50 less from my deposit, blaming it on the exchange rate — which clearly didn’t change enough to justify this.
When I showed them proof, they completely stopped replying. Dishonest and unprofessional company. Would never use them again.
