I have been a fan of caraway cookware…
I have been a fan of caraway cookware since we bought our first fry pan two years ago. We too frequently burn items in the pan but the nonstick surface holds. I like that it’s lightweight and works on our induction cooktop.
The colors ar wonderful. I now have the original frypan, a Dutch oven, and now this sauté pan. They’re expensive but worth every penny.

Only one use but in love!
So far I’ve only cooked eggs but holy cow! What an enjoyable cooking experience. I was very scared to get ceramic because I heard it’s not very durable but it seems like with proper care that you would do with any nonstick pan it holds up great! Can’t wait to use this pan more!

Non toxic perfection
I absolutely love my Caraway 10.5” Frying Pan. One of the biggest reasons I chose it was because it’s nonstick and nontoxic — no more worrying about forever chemicals or the “Teflon flu” that can come from overheated traditional nonstick pans. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can cook for myself and my family without all the harmful coatings found in many other cookware brands.
The pan cooks beautifully, heats evenly, and food slides right off with barely any oil needed. Cleanup is incredibly easy, and the quality feels durable and high-end. It’s rare to find cookware that performs this well while also being safer and healthier to use. Definitely worth the investment if you’re trying to switch to cleaner, non-toxic kitchen products.

I love this pan so much that I bought a second one. This pan is easy to clean. The size fits my home and style of cooking. (Cooking for an army). The color is great. I only give it a 4 star review because you have to purchase the clear lid separately. And I need to see what's cooking so I am not opening the lid often

Don’t waste your money… just use cast iron
Caraway pans work well the first few uses. Unfortunately, after those first uses, the nonstick coating fails time after time. You have to scrub and scrub the pan, and it remains stained. They give you directions on how to clean the pan to restore that coating, but it doesn’t work very well, and even when it does, it only lasts a couple more uses. When I reached out to tell them how unhappy I was, they gave me the cleaning directions (which I was already well aware of) and sent me a new pan even though I practically begged them not to - the last thing I wanted was to deal with another crappy pan. After trying Caraway and being extremely unhappy, I have switched to using only cast iron and stainless pans, and am much happier.
