Very quick and efficient

This company are rude, abrupt, forceful Ive never come across such a rude person in all of my life over the telephone and he wants to come to my house to see my car not on my watch. Please be careful of these websites they are very aggressive that's all I can say. Control issues, subservient attitude towards women. I told him I parked car near my house he asked why did I park it there, ??? Then I said listen , he said why am I saying listen, when my phone had no reception he said I may as well tell him to FO. In my experience it's better to sell privately. My neck is full of knots now. Once again if you call this company be prepared for highly stressed out people with no manners and a scarcety and bullying tactic be warned.

Nice chaps came to see the car, seemed very respectful towards him although it was his first time selling a car. They gave a competitive price and paid in advance, money in the account before he handed over the keys.

Called in the morning and they were on the drive within the hour to offer a competitive price and non confrontational service. Whole experience over within an hour with money in the back.

Very quick service. Came to inspect son’s car super quick, within the hour and agreed on a competitive price. Money transferred to Sons bank account straight away. No admin fees or money transfer fees. Thank you very much ! I recommend that you give these guys a try.

Awful company with shocking staff who have no customer service skills. Drive your car wrecklessly to cause damage to the engine. Agree on a price over the phone and then lower the price after wreckless driving. Patronising, arrogant man. Avoid this company, do not have them come to your house. Don’t trust them at all. Regret my choice of using them. Use we buy any car.

Rude arrogant man came to my house to collect car that they had agreed to pay £3000 for. He then drove the car like a complete prat - driving 50mph in a 20 zone. Revving my car like crazy. Causing the engine management light to come on. Then had the nerve to call his boss and turn around and say “sorry” as he walked to his car. Awful customer service skills and driving skills. A rip of company. Don’t waste your time with them

Carbaba are the worst i ever seen in my life, they try to show you that your car is dead and worthless so you sell it for nothing to them. It is their policy.
Anyone who gave them 5 stars are their own/their friends.
If you plan to waste your time then call them.
One word they are really rude.
