Foolishly I went to this website to set up a direct debit for my car tax, I thought it was unusual they wanted the first installment of £17.35 immediately but paid it, I just felt something wasn't right so I immediately called dvla to enquire if they had received my payment and if I was taxed, he checked and to me no payment received and I wasn't taxed, I tried to contact this scam company but when I clicked on the small lines in the top right hand corner to get contact info nothing happens, there is no way of getting in touch with them, I am in the process of disputing it with my bank to get my money back. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND STAY WELL AWAY AS IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM

SCAM...... do not use and report if you have been scammed like many others

This is really shocking i was dragged to tax my car by this rubbish website later on i realized that direct debit which i didn’t authorized it was already put me in subscription please be careful im waiting to get my money back from my bank

I thought I was paying for my car tax ad was sent to this vompany and have been scammed onto paying £17.50 for a reorting monthly subscription. I ave cancelled it now but only realised something was wrong when I got a lettr about taxing my car not being dne. Please do not use this website it is a scam.

I was directed to this site thinking I was taxing my car found out today it's some rubbish which has cost me 17 pounds and my car is still untaxed rip off!!

This is a fraudulent site, googled car tax and was directed to this site which i thought was genuine, made a payment and got a report through about the cars history, this company have now taken 2 payments of £7.99 which i didn't subscribed to, i have cancelled the payment with them, and the fraud department of my bank has also cancelled any further transactions, I have asked to get refunded for the last 2 payments and iam now waiting on a reply before taking it further with my banks fraud department. Please stay clear of this site.

Just adding a review here for the same reason as everyone else - scammed for a subscription by this company.

For anyone reading this please report to the action fraud website (Google it! Can't share links). It will require people to respond and take action to prevent others being defrauded by this terrible company!

This is fake. I thought I bought my car tax but it didnt go through. When I pressed send the page took time to load, I should have known something was wrong. It then took my money and next day I had a transaction from Halfords go through which I did not authorise. Be careful people. Report them as they are stealing peoples money.

I would give them minus stars if I could!!! Im fuming. I thought i was paying for car tax for my son's car in July. Turns out it was some kind of report (never saw the report mind) Thought it was my own mistake. August they took £7.99 I clicked on the "cancel subscription" button & complained, had an email back saying my subscription had been cancelled and I would get no further charges- I have another £7.99 pending today!!! Im waiting for my bank to get back to me

Gave them 1 star because can't give less. Happy to see I'm not alone with this company's devious way of conning people. I also thought I was paying for car tax. If this helps you can stop further payments by contacting your bank. I have raised a grievance with my bank to try and recover payments through fraudulent advertising.

My husband got caught out by this first payment £17.85 the 50p then £8.90 I saw these reviews to see reviews where payment were going. Have since searched again and one of the pages came up with cardebit.co.uk when on this page it has a button to cancel subscription. Hopefully this will work!

Got directed here to tax a vehicle. Paid the £12 odd and got a 'report' instead. Didn't think much more about it and put it down to my own error.

Then 1 month later a DIRECT DEBIT came out!! Absolutely fuming they have kept my details and are now trying to take a monthly payment!

No scam! How they have latched on to google is beyond me! I request a full name and address of your business! No i will be getting a refund! Because your latching your scamming company in to google! People who want to tax their cars! So i will be getting a refund! Your a scam! Google will be notified and i will take this further! I will get all your names and you will be paying me back! No doubt about! And all the other customers you have ripped off!
I demand full names of your employees and addresses! Because as a binding bond within this transaction I don’t agree to paying my money to people i don’t know if you can understand the law between the the two parties! You have tool my money and know all my personal details! In order for me to agree to this transaction i would like your address business name! And i want a receipt of what i have paid for! Also a break down of costs! If i am going ahead with this transaction i want the full names and addresses and show me proof of purchase! If not delivered i will have to raise a dispute and i will be asking for compensation every day you don’t fully agree to my wishes! It’s illegal to take my money without any proof of purchase! Also you are not making yourself known! It’s illegal to pay anyone who can’t fully make themselves accessible! Its fraud! Your breaking the law! I am asking for you to give this information! Because in this country I can’t agree to pay someone who I don’t know! You are breaking the law! And i demand my money back! Because the transfer of money has been taking under false pretenses. You’re legally to provide evidence of the transaction on your behalf as the paying bearer in this country i demand my money back! The agreement hasn’t been kept by your party! I strongly advise you will be paying my money back! I have demanded identification of you! And what i have paid for! Also i want names! And i want to raise this to google! How you arr scamming innocent people is a criminal a offense! Also i demand the tax to look into the amount of people you have took money out! I also demand to show your tax returns for the business from start to finish! I will be raising this to the fraud squad and i will be getting your personal names and i will expose you to all your community! I will be taking this further so please understand i will be getting a full refund and ill also be demanding full refunds to me and every person who has been wrongly robbed out of money! Also a separate charge for having access to peoples personal data and banking accounts! Google will be fined on a separate charge!
So please understand we will be prosecuting all the information you have is illegal and you will be charged!

Totally a scam money taken from my bank account for nothing they have done nothing I don't know what they want paid for it's a scam you need to stop paying them my bank has blocked payments to this scam company I am going to try and get my money back it's only a small amount but this is not the point they are taking money for doing nothing?????

Scammers, they charged me £17.85 for my car road tax but nothing happened.

I made a mistake in paying this lot in March, thinking I was on the DVLA website. Realised my mistake and contacted the bank to ensure no further payments were taken. My mistake so didn't look for a refund for the £12.15 paid. Today I discovered they have taken £7.99. And have been taking that amount monthly since June. Ive had no contact with these people since March. Why have they retained my card details and started using them again! Total scam!

like all the other reviews i also have been scammed fior £17.85 as I tried to pay n=my annual road tax .spokje to myt bank and trying to cancel this payment and was advised to contact them and to ask for the transactionauthorisation code and the number but despite 3 attempts to contact them no response . what a scam and criminal action by this lot . still working with my bank to cancel this payment

I to thought this was on the legit DVLA webpage three months later I found out I’ve been paying a monthly subscription feel such a fool 😡

This company comes across as the DVLA to pay your car tax & it is not. Terrible company, if it's even real. Now taking moneys out my bank. Had to change my card. What a carryon.
