I worked with Stephen Wright when I decided that I wanted to move forward in my career and find a position with greater reach and responsibility. Stephen’s coaching was invaluable in helping me get my ideal job for three reasons.

1. First, he was able to help me develop a great job search plan, so I had real clarity.

2. Second, he teaches you how to perform well in interviews, which was very insightful and helped me to fully articulate what I had to offer the client during a series of detailed interviews.

3. Finally, it was evident that he really cared about me doing well and was very supportive throughout the process.

Stephen was highly recommended to me by a friend and ex colleague. I was at a point in my career, employed but wanted a change and unsure of how to plan and make my next move. From the first time I contacted Stephen, he was very professional and he had a targeted approach. I was introduced to Career Mentor by a senior former colleague who had used them and told me how good Stephen was as a Career coach / mentor. As I trusted my contact, I agreed to meet with Stephen for an introductory chat (even though I was somewhat Sceptical ahead of the meeting). I am so glad I did, Stephen was phenomenal. I thought I was pretty good at marketing myself but he took things to a whole new level, e.g. introducing me to the concept of "the Golden Arrows" and when and how to use them.
