I bought Techno Phantom Flip 5G. They say premium support, its been more the 2 months and phone not yet repaired. Issue with display, then battery was not charging. Replaced battery still it is not working. Again they say another week time it will be fixed.

Scam site posting spam comments on every platform.

I had the worst experience with calcare Caxton house. Had an issues with my camera camon 17, they told me to order a new camera which I paid(5k), after a couple of days,they called and told me they misdiagnosed the issue!! That the new camera didn't work and therefore I need a new motherboard, at 10 k!!! The cost of repair is almost equivalent the price of a new phone. I requested a refund for the initial payment (camera which wasn't repaired), but was told it's not possible as the ticket was closed. !!! Total SCAM. You stole from me..

Very bad company please don't buy any infinix product very cheap quality,, they dnt provide security updates

Carlcare is totally a SCAM and FRAUD and i request all not to purchase anything which shows carlcare as their aftersales service provider (infinix, tecno etc)
I purchased a Brand New Mobile Infinix Hot 30 play and when i tried to use it for the first time i found that the mobile IMEI is locked. I went to the seller and he told me to contact carlcare.com and make an appeal to UNLOCK the phone. I made an appeal with all my personal credentials and proofs of purchase but for the last 72 hours carlcare have not bothered to even have a look at my appealand the mobile is still blocked.
The aftersales service of Carlcare is muc more than PATHETIC and they do not care about their customers at all.
Now i am having a brand new Infinix phone and havent used it even for a single time.
Plz Stay away from Carlcare if you really care about your hard earned money

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Infinix Mobile service center in Burdwan. I brought my Infinix Hot 20 Play phone to the service center because the display was going black after an update. The phone is in perfect condition and has never been dropped or damaged. However, the technician at the service center refused to fix the phone, claiming that it was damaged.

I am a loyal Infinix customer and have purchased several Infinix phones in the past. I have never had any problems with any of my Infinix phones before. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at the service center. I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of.

I would not recommend this service center to anyone. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I am very disappointed with Infinix Mobile and I will not be purchasing another Infinix phone in the future."

Horrible, NEVER buy any product guaranteed by this fraudulent company. Worst service company in Egypt. I bought Earpods Infinix XE 25 via noon with 1 year warranty. Before the warranty ended, Earpods showed defect in charging. I called noon and made a warranty claim before the end of the year by 2 days. NOON told me they will take it for warranty. 2 days later they sent me an email to go to Carlcare and I blamed them of changing their decision after 2 days and make me go to Carlcare on the last day of Warranty instead of dealing directly. They confirmed that no problem and the product is on warranty and Carlcare will take it. Accordingly, I went to Carlcare and they refused to receive it. I made a complain to noon and they sent their representative and took earpods to proceed with the warranty. I made a complaint to Customer Protection Agency which investigated with Carlcare to know the reason for not taking earpods for warranty claim. Carlcare lied and mentioned that the product has customer misuse without mentioning any details and without even taking the product from me to inspect it. They are liars and must be legally cased for this fraud. Again NEVER EVER deal with this Fraudulent company.

TRASH SERVICE I REPLACED MY TECNO CAMON 18P LCD AND NOW ITS HARD TO TOUCH AND THE BACK OF MY PHONE IS SO MESSY PLUS THERE'S ALOT OF GLUE RESIDUE ON THE CORNER OF MY PHONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS BUY TECNO PHONES AND REPAIR YOUR PHONE TO THEIR BRANCH

I took my infinix note 11 for repair, and I paid 27 thousand naira so they can change the screen, for the past three months they have not yet given me back my phone.

My phone is what I'm using to make money, for the past months, i have not being able to feed properly due to the fact that no money was coming in

I am purchase infix note Pro 12 phone.i would like to inform you that 2nd time I am
facing some display issue i am visit Carl care service centre and submit my phone. Already 10 days completed there is no any response from Carl care service center. Customer care executive tells me it's take time. Our CRM will change in all over India. It will take time. My whole business is depend on my phone. Carl care service is very very poor service.company very bad experience. Do not visit Carl care service center. In service center 15 phone is pending for repairing.
