The process was simple, informed and a pleasure to be a part of - everything was accurate and the follow up via email was literally in real-time, with almost immediate response to queries etc. - I've been doing this for 25years plus and this experience was unmatched over that time. Which brings me to both people I dealt with, firstly Michael and then Lorraine - both are at the top of their game, professional, knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention a degree of courteousness rarely experienced today - these folk really care about what they do and I will recommend them every day to potential clients.
