Carnoisseur Reviews

Absolutely fantastic Company to deal with, and I can easily understand how they have such good feedback. From initial enquiry to delivery, I dealt with Patrick who, it turns out, is the MD (and occasional tea boy) of the Company. All questions were answered speedily and in plain English. The item was very quickly dispatched and communication throughout was excellent. Delivery was as stated, the quality is superb, and really good value. There was a problem with a missing bit, but that was very quickly resolved and sent out to me. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough, and wish them all the very best in the future. Thank you, Patrick, you're a star!

Fantastic 2026 Jaecoo7 AWD bumper protector. Excellent quality, service, price but most importantly it fits perfectly and was easy to fit too.

We bought a new car with no spare wheel. After buying a spear wheel it rattled round in the well. So we needed a bolt to secure.
It was fantastic to find this company that supply what we needed.
I was able to ring the company and talk to a real person. My order was dispatched and we received it within 2 working days.

Easy to order, delivery was quick, contents seem to be as described. For some reason, the delivery was split in two, with confusing messages from the courier, telling me package was delayed, and would be delivered tomorrow, but the bagged content was delivered as expected and the wheel the day after, suspect this is more of a courier issue than the supplier, hence not marking down. For those that want the Road Hero Spacesaver for EV3, its not quite a perfect fit in the wheel well, but removing a small part of the rearmost plastic trim for the boot floor rest, sorted it out.

Excellent service. Excellent aftercare service in particular. Delivery, even though it was from the UK and I live in Canada, it was excellent.

Arrived quickly, good product with all the essential tools and equipmnet

Goods as described. Delivered promptly. One minor defect with part of order quickly sorted & replaced. All good.

This was my second order for a spare wheel , it arrived next day as promised and everything was well packed and complete, everything I needed to change a wheel come rain or shine. Excellent quality, excellent service. I can recommend this company without hesitation.

What a lovely company to deal with, they dealt with my many questions patiently as I was nervous that the tyre would not be compatible. I was re assured and am very happy with the product. The extras are very well thought out to provide everything you might need to successfully fit the spare wheel in an emergency all packed into smart zipped covers. Delivered as promised

Outstanding service from Carnoisseur.

We recently ordered a set of lowering springs for one of our customer's vehicles. Unfortunately, the original parcel was lost by DPD, which could have caused significant delays to the project.

The team at Carnoisseur, particularly Sharon, were absolutely brilliant throughout. Communication was excellent, they took ownership of the issue immediately, and arranged a replacement kit without hesitation.

Their proactive approach and exceptional customer service meant we were able to complete our customer's car on time, and most importantly, keep our customer happy.

A pleasure to deal with and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended and very much appreciated.

Thank you again from all of us at Pristine Classic Cars.

Experience and sound advice given

All seamless and went well from order to the delivery

Kit arrived on time, well packaged with everything in near boot bag. Confess I have yet to try the wheel on the car but previous purchase for my MX 5 was perfect fit

Very helpful staff answering all my questions before purchase. Spare wheel good and particularly the accessory kit is very comprehensive

I needed a spare wheel for my new Suzuki Swift and wasn't sure which one, so I messaged on the Sunday expecting an answer sometime the following week. By 7:30am the next day (i.e. Monday) I had the answer with the solution. I ordered it and it arrived on the Tuesday. Brilliant speedy service and super helpful support, can certainly recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable when contacted with queries about the right product for my application.

Delivery was on time no problem what so ever

First class customer service from start to finish. Item (Road Hero space saving spare wheel kit) arrived on time. However, there was an issue with the main wheel bag (zip was broken). I informed customer services and they dispatched a replacement immediately. Highly recommended retailer.

Responded quickly to DHL making a mess of delivery and got a replacement out very promptly. Commendably fast to respond to emails.
