Ich habe ein Super MB Plus mit einer SSD gekauft und war sehr zufrieden. Der freundliche Kontakt zum Support hat mir über WhatsApp und Teamviewer alles eingerichtet so daß ich einfach anfangen konnte zu Arbeiten. Vielen Dank an das Support Team, kann ich wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Betrug. Wäre kam schnell an, hat aber nicht die ausdrücklich beworbene Funktionalität die die Konkurenz richtig angibt. (ID48 Lizenz).

Ich bestellte ein Set aus Scanner und Tablet. Ich brauchte es dringend, und die angegebene Lieferzeit von 3-4 Werktagen passte mir. Laut Anzeige war alles in einem europäischen Lager verfügbar, aber weit gefehlt! Am sechsten Tag kam nur der Scanner an. Dann erklärten sie mir, dass das ihre übliche Vorgehensweise sei und sie das Tablet innerhalb von zehn Tagen aus China nachsenden würden!

On their website they advertice for a Second Hand Launch X431 PRO ELITE car diagnostic tool for EUR 309.
Read a question asked by a guy in november last year where he asked if this was available with the 2 years guarantee. The shop answered:
"Just was returned by customer ,and the second hand one still have 2years free update
But now, there is no stock for this second hand one
If you want the machine, you can get brand new one"
That worried me a bit, so I then asked in the chatbox wether this item was available? I got the exact same answer: that it was not available, but I could buy a new one!!!
Don't trust this company!

Verkaufen Artikel für günstig. Dann heißt es. Ist nicht lieferbar. Man solle drauf zahlen. In dem Moment weiß man nicht was machen soll. Und akzeptiert es. Nach dem ich es überlegt habe, wurde die Annahme verweigert. Jetzt heißt es. Wieso haben sie es getan. Artikel sollte nach China zurück ist aber in irgendeinem Lager von denen. Moment es wird aus dem Lager gesendet. Aber zurück soll es nach China. Hier stimmt etwas nicht. Seit dem warte ich auf mein Geld. Habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet. Sehr unfreundlicher Service. Hier würde ich nie wieder kaufen.

I bought a TPMS tool, reported as "in stock", with free delivery within 5-7 business days.
I waited for 2 weeks and then contacted them since the order was just "processing" since then.
I was told they don't have the item in stock, and I could either pay an additional 60 EUR (40% of the original item) to get another model - or pay 25 EUR to get it delivered from China, with an unknown ETA.

Unbelievable support.
I had a problem with the software on the PC. I got in touch with Jenny through WhatsApp, she answered immediately and the problem was solved within minutes.

Betrug! Garantie gibt es nicht!

CarOBD.de kommt der Garantieverpflichtung nicht nach.
Nicht nur da ich das defekte Gerät zu eigenen Kosten nach China schicken musste (knapp 50 EUR), wird mir nun auch nur eine Reparatur mit zusätzlicher Kostenübernahme angeboten!
Und das alles in der Garantiezeit - ich hatte das Gerät nicht mal 1 Jahr!
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
