Waited the statutory 7 days due to covid then chased order to be told dispatched well that was a lie now after almost 2weeks cancelled order.

parts delivered when promised, all fitted correctly, competitive price and speedy and easily arranged collection of alternator subject to return .

Avoid and go elsewhere.ordered battery for next day delivery, they got the address wrong and now not next day and paid extra, not the best customer experience and wouldn't recommend

Bought some wiper blades for my Honda. Totally different. Were for a BMW. Contacted them to send them back. No reply. Had to raise a case via PayPal. Eight weeks later still awaiting a refund. Never never will I deal with them again.

Well I have just had excellent service from this company-return was organised swiftly. Thank you very much-I WILL be using you again in the future.

AVOID. Sold incompatible item. Impossible to contact, don't answer phones, emails and the online chat is fake and disconnects you near front of queue. Ongoing PayPal dispute for 3 months, finally given a return address through paypal and it's not even a occupied address so can't be delivered. Absolute morons. Similar situation with ECP few months ago too. PayPal dispute to get money back for items not even dispatched. AVOID.

Made an order for parts for my car on August 3rd 2020. Incorrect brake discs sent despite me entering my registration on their site and also received a faulty o2 sensor. Tried to contact them since by phone, email and live chat with no joy. Now majorly out of pocket and stuck with parts I cannot use. Tried to seek help instore from Euro Car Parts since they are owned by same company and use the exact same Covid-19 message on their phone lines and emails, they refused to help too. Awful company with zero customer service, will never use again and will discourage others from using CarParts4Less.

Terrible company , just pay a little more for your parts and buy them from a local motor factors , because this company really bad with delivery

Order never been dispatched. Ordered with one day delivery via DPD. Have to wait up to 5 days to refund my money back to my account. Will report to Trading Standards. Also this company has two trustpilot accounts to split bad and good reviews as I can see.

Ordeted 2 O2 sensors on Thursday evening and chose the DPD delivery option. Received via tracked delivery within the allocated 1 hour time slot on Saturday and fitted to the car 30 minutes later. Great service and competively priced.

I ordered twice from this web, and got my orders very quick. And the price is much better than other web.

The reason this review gets one star is that only one thing happened that was good and that was the speedy delivery, unfortunately, from that point, everything went downhill rapidly. Back in March, just into lockdown, I ordered a battery which was delivered promptly but, it was the wrong one, from that point on I have made numourous calls and three written requests to have it collected and a refund issued, it is now over 5 months later and absolutely nothing has been done. I recognise Covid but, this is an absolutely absurd period to wait for action. Purchased the same battery from another company and cheaper.I would never recommend this company and this is the worst review I have had to write in five years or more.

Awful service, bought a part with next day delivery, three days later when I phone them I was told that they don’t have it in stock, while it was showing that they have the part in stock on their website. No one bothers to inform me during those three days, no emails, no phone calls, no messages.

Been awaiting a refund since May. Still not received after numerous phone calls and emails. Promised refund within 2-3days. Still not processed. My parts order 121-00000911605 was returned refund never sorted.

Part of order did not arrive e mailed number of time with no response phoned waited ages so put phone down tried chat to no avail asked for refund no reply so had to resort to paypal to claim money back.
would recommend paying this way so at least you can get your money back will not use them again.
