Lauren, my account manager, was professional, helpful and always available to discuss any issues that I had. If there were ongoing matters, I was updated in a timely manner.

Lauren recently took over responsibility for our development from Nicki, who had supported Shefford Leys for several years and did an excellent job navigating a number of complex estate issues.

Lauren has quickly and confidently got to grips with those matters and ensured a smooth transition. She has been proactive in her communication, responsive when contacted and consistently easy to deal with.

We’re very pleased with how the handover has been conducted and appreciate the professionalism she has brought to the role.

I want to say a BIG thank you to Caitlin for all her help....Caitlin went above and beyond to help me through a very stressful time in selling my flat.

Carringtons have been a great management company. I attend the AGM most years and the staff are friendly and professional always listening to issues raised by tenants. They were very supportive of me when I was diagnosed with Cancer and I just appreciate them promptly responding to all emails I send. Tony Lewis in particular is a rock star!

I spoke to a lovely lady Laraine, who was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. She helped me with all my queries and arranged for everything I asked, giving me a real sense of relief. Everything was sorted extremely quickly with no issues.

Thank you for your reply but as I said I’m disappointed that you cannot upload picture of evidence as the information I state could be clearly seen by all.
I have lots of evidence to show.
But if anyone simply visits you account on Company’s house they can see what you advertise also. And the Acts they state they follow but they fail to.
But if you advertise something you need to legally abide by it.
As for residents adding reviews, one was a friend of the Directors and one was a Director himself. I will let the public decide on that one.

Elle was very fast in looking at the reported issue, and described in simple terms the actions she would take in order to help us resolve it.

Caitlin at Carringtons has been absolutely amazing from the start! I cannot thank her enough for her assistance during the process of selling my flat! She has kept me updated throughout and has helped me promptly and quickly with any queries I have had (there were many calls and she was so patient with me) she has kept a hormonal pregnant woman completely sane during a very stressful time and again I cannot thank her enough. She is a true asset to Carringtons and I could not have asked for a better service!

Tony is always helpful.
He and I have frequently corresponded by email over several years.
I have co-operated with him by resetting the street door of flats 58-77 Somerset Gardens, when fools unnecessarily used the emergency exit button.
Tony has acted on reports I have made and kept me informed about developments.
We have even met once on the stairs, here.
On this particular occasion, Tony confirmed that he had taken action, which was all I needed to know.

I'm really impressed with how Nicki Shepherd is supporting residents at an independent living scheme she looks after. She has their best interests at heart which is clear to see, even offering to do an errand for a resident to save them from going out when they're unwell. If my family members were living in a sheltered scheme like this, I'd want someone like Nicki to be the property manager as I know she cares about the people, not just the bricks and mortar.

We’ve been really pleased with the way our management agent has looked after Shefford Leys. The estate is consistently well presented and maintained, and it’s clear that genuine care goes into making sure everything is as it should be. From grounds maintenance to general upkeep, they deliver exactly what we’re supposed to receive — and they do it to a high standard.

Of course, it’s impossible to please everyone all of the time, but in terms of the service provided against what’s promised, the agent has been excellent. They’ve ensured the estate remains a place we can be proud to live, and we appreciate their efforts.

Lauren is always professional & really helpful with most requests. Also very knowledgeable on property management services. We are very lucky to have someone so committed in managing our block of x8 flats.

Lauren has been incredibly helpful and supportive, time and again. She’s attentive, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter the question or issue, she always responds quickly and with genuine care. What really stands out is how she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled professionally and efficiently. You can truly tell she cares, not just about doing a good job, but about the people she’s supporting. Her commitment to excellent customer service is second to none.

Carrington's have always looked after us in a professional and prompt way. I would especially like to mention Diane Leverett who is exceptionally patient and thorough in our dealings over the last 8 years.

I find Carringtons extremely helpful and effective during 6 years as a owner/resident. When I needed to have a new Management Pack issued when the old one expired, they made it free of charge. Special thanks to Caitlin from Carringtons legal.

Amazing team of people in particular Caitlin. They rescued and looked after us after we had a very poor management company. Really helpful team. We are now working with Nicki - she too is super!

I am doing a second review for this Company as unfortunately the previous Sale fell through (No fault of Carringtons, their legal team, especially Caitlin could not have been more efficient or helpful. I have been dealing with Management companies for 30 plus years dealing with approx ten different properties, I wish they were all like Carringtons and their staff, unlike most Management Companies, with you Carringtons you actually feel you are dealing with Human beings who actually reply to emails and return phone calls, you also feel they know the blocks inside out and not just a Post Code and a door number, I pay double the service charge at other properties and don't receive half the service. If you are buying a Property that is managed by Carringtons or thinking of giving them a go to manage your Block I feel you will not be disappointed. All the staff I have dealt with there over the years have been good from the receptionist that picks up the phone to the maintenance Managers, I can assure you I am not the easiest customer to please, but a special Thanks to Caitlin the the Legal Department, all the best for the future.

I had a great experience with Diane who is responsive, friendly, and helpful, who went above and beyond to assist me. It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism these days. Highly recommend!
