Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with Carvela had to re order the same shoes three times kept giving me the wrong colour no good will gesture offered for my inconvenience these were for my wedding. I’ve arranged a collection for return nobody has bothered to pick them up and I can’t reach the currier! for such an expensive shoe what a disgrace. In the end I had to travel to a store to get them although I paid for next day delivery! Needless to say won’t buy from them again

Still waiting for them to arrive

Still waiting for them to arrive, shoes have been sat with courier company since the 15th.
Have done the email thing with Carvela ( yet another company that refuses to have an actual telephone number to call) and one response was that the issue was sorted, well that was a lie as I’m still waiting, so emailed again to be told yesterday I have to wait another 24/48 hours for a response, which I find totally unacceptable, I did my part I ordered and paid for 2-4 day delivery, this company uses the cheapest delivery company there is with a known history of not delivering. If I could give zero stars i would

They are thieves!

They are thieves! Never order from this site if you want your items delivered completely. I showed them evidence of my son collecting a delivery where he was practically screaming that the package was already opened. 2 expensive purses were missing from an order with shoes and matching purses and they practically disregarded my claim and told me that my delivery was complete. I think between them and Evri, there is an operation of thieves in there reselling purchased items and calling customers liars.

Awful quality overpriced shoes, terrible customer service

I purchased a pair of their ballet flats. The first time I wore them they damaged my feet so badly. My feet were cut and bleeding and I couldn't walk in normal shoes for days. I definitely didn't expect that after the price I paid. When I contacted customer service they were absolutely useless and completely dismissed me. In the bin they go. I will never ever purchased this brand ever again. THE WORST!!

Customer services were very unhelpful

Customer services were very unhelpful- agreed to credit the delivery charge for a replacement order (first order went missing in transit) if I contacted them after receipt. When I did this they denied agreeing to this (and because it was ann online chat I had no record to prove)- they refused to honour as a goodwill gesture. I therefore returned my order as a matter of principle- not wanting to support a brand that is disingenuous and dishonest. Won’t be buying anything from Carvela again.

Really awful company with zero customer care. Poor quality shoes, made badly with phots as evidence. Copy and paste responses, no help or resolution and no compensation for wasting my time and money for the 3rd time for this order. Never purchasing again, would recommend you avoid

Avoid this company at all costs, my partner ordered several pairs of shoes and the delivery company they use EVRI left the parcel on my doorstep, we tried to change the delivery as we wernt at home as we was away for the weekend and it wasn’t possible, when I got home I contacted carvella as the shoes wernt at my doorstep they pretty much told me it was a successful delivery and they won’t be doing anything about it, how is delivering a parcel to a house where no one is at home a successful delivery!!! Complete joke of a company avoid them at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered 5 pairs of shoes for my holiday. I was away for the weekend Evri decided to leave the shoes on the doorstep NOT IN A SAFE PLACE. Tried to amend evri manager services to deliver to neighbour it said on the evri services they will re-attempt delivery 3 times. Oh no dumped on my step and not there when i returned home.
Carvela accepting no responsibility so i am
Out of pocket for £425 DISGUSTING COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Does anyone know were i can go from here please?

Do not buy from this company. I bought a pair of sandals. The delivery company didn’t deliver them to my house. After contacting Evri about my lost parcel, I wrote to Carvella customer services to request they resolve my issue. Instead of offering to send me some new sandals. They said it’s not their problem I didn’t receive them and refused to send a new pair! Absolutely shocking customer service. I have now managed to dispute this with my bank and will never shop with this company again. Advising others to shop elsewhere.

Great customer service!

I can honestly say that from start to finish with my purchase, returns and refund, I have received excellent communication and service.
I can vouch for the quality as I have owned a pair of lovely boots previously which are still going strong.

Gorgeous boots

Delivery was speedy - arrived in their lovely box and the boots were gorgeous. I am a delighted with these boots, super quality and fit beautifully. I am normally a 'flats' girl but these make me feel great and are really comfortable! Five stars!

Poor communication, quality and system - can't use online shopping with gift card

I could give no star, if I could, for the extremely poor customer service, lack of transparency and misinformation with regards to a gift card following a faulty product return. Please Carvela, find a resolution to my complaint, I can not use the gift card for online purchases despite being advised otherwise. Your system is totally flawed and not customer friendly, products poor quality and I will definitely not buy Carvela again!
