I contacted Carwow Leasey via the website and was promptly contacted by Ralph. He walked me through all the options and was able to provide me with a shortlist of cars that matched my criteria. Every time I chopped and changed my mind (which I did frequently!) Ralph didn’t hesitate to send over clear concise emails with all the information I required. In the end I got a brilliant car for an amazing price. I contacted a LOT of leasing companies and Carwow Leasey were by far the cheapest. Delivery and transfer of vehicle was smooth. Would definitely recommend.

Car is great though..

The pricings were inaccurate and obviously significantly more expensive than advertised. The delivery dates were always estimated even close to the alleged delivery dates so avoiding any actual obligation. The delivery dates are repeatedly pushed back at short notice. A terrible experience I will not be using any carwow services ever again!

Excellent service and support when organising my new lease car - Sven was able to get me a great price on the car model that I wanted as well as the service contract, and ensured that delivery happened efficiently and smoothly! Highly recommended

Richard has been really lovely to deal with. He answered all my questions and explained all options to me very thoroughly. He sourced a car for me and I have been very happy with the whole process. Really poor service, our business needed a vehicle by July 1st and this was made very clear by us in the sales process. At no point was it mentioned that this would be an issue. It has certainly become an issue as we have now had to lease an expensive cover vehicle indefinitely to maintain our business service level with no confirmed delivery date currently given.

I recently leased a brand new BYD Seal through Carwow, and the experience was outstanding. Calum Duffus was fantastic to work with; he made the entire process incredibly personal, efficient, and stress-free. To top it off, the price was absolutely amazing. Really easy to use the service and the information you are given is useful. Price on clicking through to order goes up a bit when you talk to them, plus I needed to chase for some updates - All in all I would definitely recommend and use them again
