Betrug, Paypal hat natürlich nicht funktioniert und bei Kreditkarte kein Käuferschutz. Nach der Bezahlung nichts mehr gehört und natürlich keine Lieferung nach Goldplan in 1-2 Werktagen. Es sind jetzt zwei Wochen auf dem Versandweg ohne Nachverfolgung. Reaktion des Support = 0

I ordered a product just under a month ago. The link on my receipt goes nowhere, nothing has arrived. There has been no communication.

Either the site is a con to trick people into spending money or they are such a poorly managed business that they fail to reconcile purchases with orders in a timely and effective manner.

Whichever it is I suggest you look elsewhere for your hardware purchases

I wanted to make a purchase for an item in the thousands but luckily I needed to make sure it was in stock, I could not get an answer on their premium rate number, after several attempts and no reply to my emails or conformation for my account I google searched this company, I'm glad I never placed the order.
I think anyone leaving positive comments for this company must be associated with them.

Need to register to purchase. However, I did not get the email with the confirmation link. Yes I did check junk folder. On hold for over an hour with no response. I now read it's a premium rate number. Clever scam.

I had a query about a product on their site. Sent an email - no reply. Tried to phone - no reply. If this is the best I can get as a potential customer, why would I ever place an order?

Miss leading card charges. Items never turn up. Emails never answered . Customer service never answer the premium rate help line. Bye bye money . Rip off faff ffs ffs! !!!!

£10 card fee, on my debit card, that I didn't notice 'til too late.
Transaction didn't go through to Visa straight away so I stopped my card after seeing poor reviews.
Sat on hold for 15 mins, no answer.

I ordered a product from them. Having found them a couple of pounds cheaper than some others.

Got a confirmation email and that is the last of it.

The only way to contact them is to open a ticket, which they they have not replied to yet... or call a premium rate customer service number that they do not answer.

Stay away.

This company is based in Guernsey. I ordered something and it stayed pending in their order system.

When you call the number it is never answered and my phone bill was huge £150, I had hung of for 45mins at the longest stint of several times that I called and there is a message stating that calls are answered the strict rotation or leave a message. I left messages and they didn't call back.

You've seen the warning signs so steer clear of this company as they are a scam to make you call a premium phone number and wait desperately on hold when it will never be answered.

Like others I placed an order with Casetac and paid by Bank Transfer. Not being completely stupid, I called their contact number first and got an answer which confirmed that they were who they said they were. Since placing the order the goods have not been delivered. I then received a message offering a re-fund (presumably the thing I ordered was not in stock) but none has so far arrived (10 days later). Should nothing more happen I will be issuing a court summons. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. Please also note that the one positive review of this company on this forum is from a reviewer which has a strikingly similar name to another company who are on the same web-server as Casetac (ditaqcomputer) and could be the same people.

I ordered 2 monitors from these scammers, They never turned up, even after they eventually responded to my many email and promised it would be here. They never answer the phone.
When I go fed up, I emailed asking for a refund, Casetac eventually responded saying money was paid back, and I has never materialised.
I am now looking into the small claims court with a solicitor and will be taking legal action. traders like this need to be stopped and GOOGLE should not even list their products in shopping

They have a choice at the end of purchase to pay by paypal or for an extra £10 to pay by CASH ON DELIVERY, meaning no money up front pay when it's at your door!

So i think people on here are telling porkies!

Not a scam it is legit. Although i went on there for a pc case that was cheaper than anywhere else at £86 but it ended up being £108 at the end because of shipping and vat on both case and delivery. Wthout vat the case was £72 and £86 with but at the end they put the £72 with £15.86 shipping and then calculated vat so that's a bit dodgy because the shipping was already with vat and for 8kg is steep! Cit link charges around £9 inc vat for 8kg!

So yeh not scam how can they be when they offer cash on delivery and I got my Corsair 600T?
I think the guy at the top asked for cash on delivery without realizing!

I ordered an item on 19th August, and was told I had to make payment by bank transfer. Reluctantly, I did this and received a reply saying the order had been processed, and then waited for further details. A few days later, having heard nothing more, I emailed them, and got a reply saying payment hadn't been received. I pointed out that they had confirmed receipt themselves and they said there had been an error in their payment processing, but they had received payment. They said my goods were being shipped with UPS and gave me a tracking number. UPS arrived today, but demanded £193.61 CASH before they would release the goods. I refused to pay and they took the package away again. Seems like a scam to me.

I order a ASUS monitor 21" paid upfront. Use Citylink for delivery. Did receive a tracking Number from Citylink. They send it to the wrong Hub so it took a extra day for delivery.

I have been asked to rewrite this review as my straightforward review about casetac.com did not fit with Trustpilot's guidelines.

The simple fact of the matter is that casetac.com has taken my money, has failed to deliver the product, won't respond to emails, won't respond to calls, doesn't answer their costly customer service number and doesn't receive mail at their stated address.

We have been locked in a dispute via this site whether they have actually tried contacting me or not to resolve this transaction. The fact of the matter is that I have had no call, no voicemail, no email, not even spam that correlates with their assurances that they have tried to contact me to arrange a refund. I have even asked for other known-to-be-working contact details be shared, but this suggestion has not been followed up. I cannot believe that with all the details they have (phone, email and postal address) that they are unable to reach me on any of them.

Essentially this company's description of their actions does not reconcile with reality.

I would strongly and unequivocally recommend that people stay away from them!
