Best experience
I love my treatments with Regina, my skin has improved incredibly since we started skinpen and hydrafacials. She always explains the procedure and we look at rhe improvement in my skin and what I need to do at home and what products I need to use to help my skin’s journey.
I couldn’t recommend Regina enough.

Paid for treatments with zero results (legal action ongoing)
I had a very disappointing experience with Cavendish Clinic and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. I initially underwent CoolSculpting treatment, which produced zero results. Following this, I was offered either a refund or an alternative treatment at a different branch. I chose to proceed with the alternative treatment, but unfortunately, this also did not work at all. Despite this, the clinic refused to issue a refund. I also repeatedly requested: My before/after photos and copies of the documents I signed. These were never provided, despite being entitled to them. When I raised the issue with the manager at the branch where I received the second treatment, they refused any refund outright. Due to the lack of resolution, I had no choice but to take legal action. I obtained a County Court Judgment and submitted a warrant of control. Bailiffs have already visited the premises, but I have not yet recovered my money. I will continue to pursue this matter, including escalating enforcement through the High Court if necessary. Overall, this experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
** For clarity, my treatment took place at Cavendish Clinic Fitzrovia, and the issue I describe relates directly to this clinic.
** UPADATE. VERY IMPORTANT. According to publicly available insolvency records, a related company connected with the business entered creditors' voluntary liquidation in 2026. The liquidators reported cash assets of approximately £9,000, claims from HMRC of around £170,000, and unsecured creditor claims exceeding £550,000!!!, together with numerous trade creditors. Prospective customers considering expensive treatments or advance payments may wish to review the Companies House and insolvency records for themselves before making a decision.

Definitely recommend, great place
I came the first time here in 2023 for a Coolsculpting session and came back today for another one and everything went well. The staff is very welcoming (Katie took care of me today and was very sweet, she put me at ease). I would highly recommend this clinic!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox!
I’ve seen doctor Luca 3 times now for Botox and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He has such a kind and calming presence and I’ve been delighted with my results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my Botox!

Ineffective treatments that are there to fleece you of your hard earned cash
I have been a customer since 2023 & frankly really angry that despite me asking for a refund repeatedly then submitting a complaint - no attempt was even made to acknowledge the issue or inform me that the clinic at Peter Jones had folded.....I have just found out by looking at the web. They owe me nearly £400. Disgusting behaviour! Why is the owner(s) not making a public apology and confirming their identity? No doubt most likely a business person who has a track record of setting up a stream of similar clinics offering ineffective treatments, talking the money before dissolving the business. Thank god Companies house is public so there is no hiding

Daylight Robbery
They are one family of clinics (and they used to have one website with the same one used for booking services). They closed down the Cambrkdge site and now claim it was a separate legal entity (quietly removing it from their website). J had prepaid services with them whi h they say will no longer be refunded as the clinic has now vanished into thin air and no one is responsible for its outstanding obligations. They will scam you out of your money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM
