The overall experience working with Charles Cameron was excellent. They helped us getting out first mortgage few years back and also with our remortgage process. Will and Kourtney were very efficient, friendly and approachable and they kept us updated throughout the process. Any questions we had were easily answered either via email/phone or by scheduling a call. With their help, we managed to lock a great deal with a new mortgage lender, which helped us immensely considering current high interest rates.

Charlie Pack and the team at Charles Cameron have been absolutely exceptional throughout the process buying my first property. Always friendly and professional, super reliable and prompt with responses, Charlie made sure I had a clear overview of my mortgage options when buying my first property. I felt at ease knowing I could always contact him to discuss my queries (of which there were quite a few!) and was guided well through various stages of the transaction. It was a second time in a few years I was using Charlie's and Charles Cameron services and the quality has been constant and second to none. Daniel @ Charles Cameron has been our go-to Mortgage broker on numerous occasions now and we have always been extremely impressed with the speed of service, professionalism, and subject matter expertise that Daniel embodies.

More recently we've also had the pleasure of being supported by Cagla and Caglas swift, friendly, and professional responses and updates have kept us feeling very well informed and assuaged during what is generally a stressful and at times information sparse process.

I worked with Hannah Webb and Scott Faulkner at CC on 2 separate purchases over the past year. I have been blown away by their service; they really go above and beyond in securing the best rates for their clients, and being incredibly responsive and helpful on the journey throughout.

I used Charles Cameron to find a mortgage for my first home (help to buy). I worked with Trishul who was incredible.

As a first time buyer, there was so much I did not understand and a lot of things made me nervous but Trishul explained everything so well and was really understanding and supportive. Trishul worked super hard to get me the mortgage I wanted- there were a few moments when we weren’t sure if the bank would approve but he worked late at night and often with very little time to make sure I got the best offer.
The communication was incredible, always responding to my emails quickly and keeping me up to date without me having to chase or ask.

Laura helped arrange our mortgage back in 2017 and contacted us as it was coming up for renewal, and of course rates were rising rapidly. We approached Hayley with concerns of recent interest rate rises but our current mortgage didn't end until December 2022 which meant an ERC would be payable if we were to leave early. Thankfully Hayley clearly explained all our options and costs involved which resulted in us being able to secure a much better rate than if we had waited until December.
