If I could give it a no star review I would. I have paid and they do not respond and they have never sent anything only taken my money

She responded and offered me a refund, I opted for the bonnet and let her know the information from shop was not any good. Hopefully I get the bonnet. I will write an updated review if and when the package comes in the mail.

Have not received my order and contact info for ‘shop’ is inaccessible. Cannot contact anyone and am out 30 bucks

I ordered a bonnet for my daughter December 7, and it was just received today, Jan 3. I emailed the company twice and attempted to message them through Instagram to find out what was taking so long with my order and got no response at all. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 4 bonnets on November 29, 2025. I never received a tracking number until 2 days before the package arrived. I had reached out to CC Mink on multiple platforms, with no response. On December 27, 2025, my package arrived. Instead of 4 bonnets, I received only one, and not a color I ordered. I am very disappointed in their communication and delivery. I have been duped. I paid $60 with only 1 bonnet of the wrong color to show for it.

I want to be helpful but it's very hard with how my order has been handled. I ordered on the 8th of December and as of the 24th it still hasn't been shipped. Even with all of the constant emails to the company and customer service, I get the typical responses..."we're very busy, be patient, blah, blah, blah". Now, for the last 4 days, it says the post office has been informed my package is ready to go but they're still waiting on CC Mink to give it to them to process. I'm pretty upset as it obviously isn't going to get there by Christmas. I ordered from someone in Canada 2 weeks ago and received it 6 days later.
Anyway, I would hope that the company would update their website to include a "ship by schedule" to insure delivery by Christmas. Very disappointed in this company. I follow her on Instagram and love her content but ordering from her company has been a nightmare. Won't make this mistake again.

Do not order from this woman. I ordered November 24th and just got my bonnet on December 22. The only reason she sent it is because so many of us were complaining on Facebook. Go look at the Facebook group Cc mink hair scam. They told me I would get a wrong order and guess what....I did. So, it took a month and I still didn't get the bonnet I paid for. She doesnt answer questions and doesnt care about what you paid for. She uses God and unity to make money off of Facebook. Do not order from her. Shes scammed hundreds of people. Also if you need proof, just go look at the cc mink scam group. Plenty of proof there.

Order 3 bonnets never received the order and no way to co tact this company. She’s on Facebook all the time about unity and love but I believe cheating and scamming everyone

It's been 3 weeks. I received an email saying my package was on the way and issued a tracking number and it stated that it's still not been brought to the post office. I sent an email inquiry about my order and the email that was listed on the shop site and it returned as undeliverable. I used the chat link no answer. I will be reporting this to my bank. I am nof the only one! Go check out CC MINK haircare scam on Facebook. We all have the same story. I would recommend checking the BBB her rating is an F and she is not BBB endorsed.
Update: After numerous attempts to get an answer about my order I wound up disputing the charge to my credit card. The owner finally answered (4 days later) that she was running behind. I informed her I j
had been reimbursed by the credit card company and to cancel my order. Do not order from this person she will take your money and leave you guessing as to when you may get a response and/ or your order.

If I could give Cierra Sparks at CC Mink Hair and zero star rating I would! I ordered 3 bonnets from her with shipping for $61! She only sent me 1 of the 3 bonnets I ordered. When I reached out to her I was completely ignored. She does not respond to emails, Facebook chat, or even the "chat" feature she has listed on her website! I have been trying to get a refund for the 2 bonnets I didnt recieve for almost 4 months now and she still just ignores you! She lures people in with her false calls of unity and equality between races but she will then steal your money and rip you off! Buy at your own risk!!! I even tried commenting on her posts asking for help with my order which went ignored. When I left a negative review on her Facebook business page I was then blocked! She will delete every comment you make to hide the proof that she has scammed you!! Take screenshots of everything and buy at your own risk!!! Join the Facebook group CC Mink Hair Scam!! We will be reaching out to the local police department and news stations next to investigate her scamming people!!

Absolutely horrible! Lures customers in with her religious and unity messages. Then she creates bogus shipping labels that never ship. She will not respond to emails or her chat on the website. Run from this company! Also, you are paying her exorbitant amounts for a dropship company.

Received wrong item, messaged them the same day on February 24th. No reply. Sent a follow-up email on February 28th. No reply. Gave them a couple weeks with no reply. Reached out to my bank to dispute, they provided CCMink 10 business days to reply to the dispute. Still no reply. Then, after the dispute was closed due to CCMink not responding to the bank they decided to email me on March 26th. Their email states "you recently disputed this charge after receiving product i ask you send the merchandise back since it was defective or you will lose charge and i ask that you not shop again i will post this on social media because getting your products and then disputing is call stealing. if this is true please provide proof thanks cc mink hair." I responded to them and told them they needed to contact their bank, they replied with "mam i do not see messages i have said numerous times on facebook to contact me through my site their is a chat button . mam the bank just reach out to me . send me the items back if they was wrong . but im left without my product that i would like back ." I emailed them stating I "I'd be more than happy to send back your products, which I tried to do last month when I contacted you immediately upon receiving the incorrect item. Please send me the return shipping materials and I'll send this out immediately. Thank you."

They never responded back to me.

If I could provide "0" stars, I would. They were extremely unprofessional throughout the experience and I do not recommend their product.

Order placed 10/29/25, shipping label created 11/11/25. Never received item. As of now, no refund. No response to any message until I placed a negative review on her facebook page. Then gaslighting and attacks by her "supporters". There is an entire Facebook page titled CC Mink scams with other customers with the same experience.

Placed order Nov 23rd. Label was created and received a tracking number. December 6th I received an update from USPS saying they're awaiting the package. No updates since. I contacted the seller via email, FB Messenger, and chat on her website only to be told "your order will update this week"... it's been a week and there have been no updates. I will be filing a dispute with my bank on Monday.

Ordered on 11/26, shipping label created 12/5..... today is 12/13. I have reached out to the company via email for an update and the email was returned to me as undeliverable. USPS is showing that the label was created but product never received.

I ordered October 18. A USPS label was created Oct 27. Not a peep since that date. Ive emailed the many she has, reached out on fb where she blocked me, and called only to get a constant busy signal. I also requested a refund thru Shopify. My bank is now researching for fraud. I’m writing the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.

Ordered 7/15, 7/22 a label was made.
I reached out in August via the emails provided, shop chat, Instagram, Facebook and even youtube to be blocked after leaving an honest review. Usps confirmed shes using double/ghost labels. Their labels expire after 30 days(you can google that its 28-30 days) She has not given me my refund I've asked for multiple times or sent my item I ordered, instead she just blocks those looking for some update on an item they ordered weeks-months ago. Its a scam!!!

Placed an order on November 10 received a bogus tracking that doesn’t work been over 30 days I still have not received the $145 of merchandise that I spent I emailed customer service asking for an update or a refund and was told it would be updated this week! At this point, the lack of customer service and the fact that they just can’t be honest to customers and refund peoples money is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to post a Facebook review and was blocked.

I wish I could give zero stars. This lady is a scam artist. Uses religion and race to lure people in, takes your money and never sends your product.

I placed my order over 20 days ago. Sent multiple emails to two different addresses. No response. A shipping label was created with USPS and 11 days later they were still waiting for the item to be mailed out. There is no way to cancel the order or request a refund from them online. I had to dispute the charge through Visa to get my money back.

Great bonnets and an incredible human being!!! I have many bonnets from CC Mink and love them all
