I contacted their customer service over the phone and had the pleasure to speak with George, he answered all my concerns thoroughly and kindly and I was already confident about them right away and felt like buying a phone through them would be the obvious choice at they have truly gained my valuable trust. I have placed my order a little late at midnight after I got home, and the following day I see a tracking number showing my new phone is on the way! I have received my order on the expected delivery time with the extra shipping that I paid for, and phone came exactly as advertised. Now I have a phone just for my work and it works excellent with my Verizon carrier, not to mention that Motorola surprisingly makes excellent smartphones! They 2024 g stylus is such a good choice if you're looking for a budget friendly phone. To make things short, cellification.com is a reliable source for buying phones in my opinion, their website is clean and prices are unbeatable. Their customers service team is truly build of great and ambitious people who care about each individual order and customer, making sure full satisfaction from the customer is met! I would continue to buy from them and I would certainly be checking them out when the day comes for my main phone to be replaced.

I ordered an unlocked motorola edge 2020, I recieved a motorola edge 2021 and it was LOCKED to Verizon. I use Metro. So much to my dismay when I arrived at my Metro store four towns over, I can't do anything with this phone because it's locked. I called and spoke to customer service and it went well, I understood people make mistakes so I just wanted a refund. Even had a laugh about it with a guy named "Marvin". I did recieve my refunded money about seven days later after I returned it so I'm glad I didn't take a hit on it. But the second or third time I spoke to Marvin on the phone, he said "my manager found your bad review, take it down", which lead me to believe if I didn't remove the review I wouldn't get a refund. I waited to get my refund to give this review. Because I think asking me to remove my experience, my very honest account of what happened, was almost black mailing and unprofessional. I took a chance with this company after reading good reviews. But upon looking deeper into the bad reviews, I found many flaws. People have had very similar issues with this company. Not receiving what they ordered, rather they recieve something else, receiving wrong broken and damaged and LOCKED phones. I know the price point sounds alluring but it wasn't worth it in my experience. Sorry, Marvin.

I'm giving Cellification a one star for now. The reason is in regards to my order. Wednesday August 21,2024 at 10:58am I have placed an order for an Sony Xperia phone online to be shipped from Brooklyn NY to Stonemountain GA for $206.00. I have been watching the tracker firmly since I have made the purchase. The tracker was updating from Wednesday to Thursday and Thursday updated to Package was accepted & pending. Mind you this I ordered express packaging because I wanted it to arrive before the week was out which cost me an additional $48.00 . Since Thursday my package has been in the same status and today is Sunday and still no update whatsoever and this never happened to me before. I called USPS Friday & Saturday to discuss my concerns and they told me nothing useful. I called Cellification and they did answered and the guy told me that it was sent out. I called USPS which were more frustrating and I got three different people telling me three different stories. I told USPS that I paid for express shipping they told me that the merchant Cellification didnt place me under express shipping but , normal shipping for $7.00 when I actually paid $48.00 on top of hundred and something I already had to pay. So I'm thinking either my package got lost, stolen, not labeled correctly, or Cellification didn't mail out like they said which I hope isn't the case. They need to do better when it comes to insuring that costumers are ordering and getting their packages safely. I hope for their sake that my package is otw because if not I'm going to sue them.
