Cetaphil made my face irritated, nothing gentle about it

Per me le migliori creme idratanti e i migliori detergenti, ingredienti minimalisti che funzionano benissimo sulla mia pelle del viso e del corpo. Sono multifunzionali e pratici meglio di tante creme di lusso. La mia pelle é molto più compatta e sana da quando li uso.

me and my daughter got serious rashes from the product. Our face turned red and itchy right after we washed off the product.Emailed the company but they did not care to respond at all! Do not buy these products!

I use cetaphil gentle skin facewash. I have recently noticed that you have launched several other products like bathing soap, baby products and body wash in India. Why does it has Sulphate when a lot of Indians are moving to sulphate free and parabene free products. The worst part is u r adding it in baby products. I have taken this time to write this review out of my busy schedule just because I love Gentle face wash and looking for more products like that but like other money making brands u hv started adding harmful chemicals in ur products specially baby products and it is recommended by doctors such statements are playing with customers mindset.

I am 36 and have sensitive skin, anything ive used has been too strong and irritated my face. For weeks ive had spots on my jaw line and taken supplements and changed make up etc. After looking a ph balance of skin i tried this and it is brilliant! I dont think i will ever change now my skin is clearing up

I used the Cetaphil day moisturiser with factor 50 for years with no problem. It now has a “new formula” and boy did my skin react badly. Within minutes my face was bright red and my eyes stinging. A week later and after using steroid cream my skin is starting to settle but my eyes are very sore still. The box states new formula, but it is in fact a completely different formula altogether, hardly anything similar. Cetaphil sent me the list of ingredients. Thankfully my husband is a chemist and could work through the long list in both formulas, he said they were completely different. I won’t be using Cetaphil again. They said, “the new formulation is mineral sunscreen, the old formulation was a chemical SPF moisturiser”. The old formula is no longer manufactured.

When I opened the jar there was no seal over the top on the jar, I wondered if the jar had been opened or if they don’t have one

Best moisturizer there is for real. For a dry not to oily skin it’s the best

your adverts on repeat are so annoying

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and Moisturizer are fantastic products! The cleanser is mild yet effective, perfect for sensitive skin, and doesn't leave any residue. The moisturizer is lightweight, hydrating, and great for daily use. Together, they leave my skin feeling clean, soft, and healthy. Highly recommend!

been using this product for a quiet long period of time and very satisfied, it hydrates the skin all day. Satisfied!

La crema si presenta inodore, non noto nessuna buona qualità. Gli ingredienti sono a rischio come il petrolatum e bht. Sembra glicerina e niente più. La confezione da 450 g. non presenta neanche una pellicola di protezione oltre al coperchio. Il prezzo eccessivo di 26 euro è inconcepibile. Molto delusa e arrabbiata per l'acquisto. Molto meglio una Nivea. Mai più.

New & Improved Ceraphil product has caused me horrible allergic reactions! This, after 30 years of success with Cetaphil. Contacted Galderma several times. No support, as in refunds, or acceptance of the the allergens in their New & Improved product.

Adoravo il vecchio detergente cetaphil per pelle sensibile e intollerante, consigliatomi dal dermatologo poiché possiedo una pelle problematica.... Dopo quasi 20 anni che lo utilizzavo l'azienda decide di cambiare formula e guardacaso non era più specifica per pelli sensibili e intolleranti ma per tutti i tipi di pelle e per la mia non va proprio... Infatti dopo pochi utilizzi la mia pelle era di nuovo secca e sensibilizzata....a nessuno è capitata la stessa cosa? Perché cambiano prodotti validi e indispensabili per chi soffre di pelle intollerante??

Using Cetaphil since the pandemic helped in moisturizing my skin and controlling the oiliness on my face. It has a very soothing and non-stingy effect on my face from which such product makes it conducive for babies and people with sensitive skin as it is hypoallergenic. I recommend Cetaphil for those who are still exploring skincare products as such company offers mild and effective skin rejuvenation for people of all ages.

Terrible customer service. I've had faulty product and have tried every which way to get a response from them to no avail. Cetaphil only care about sales, not customers.

Have worked great since forever, until last week when I had to buy a new bottle. The same product, but turns out it has a new formula. Works very poorly now when it previously was perfect for me.

I tried to post a review of one of the products but it has been moderated and never published? I had a bad reaction and wanted to let others know that it's a possibility with that one particular product.

Cetaphil's products are now "new and improved". As a man, you need a fast 2 step system. 1. Wash hands, nails, wrists and beyond, with as hot a water you can take. I use Nivea Rich Moisture Soft Caring Hand Wash. DO NOT DRY HANDS, KEEP THEM HOT QUiCK 2. With Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion for Normal to dry and Sensitive skin, I slavishly apply in a large circular motion around the face, neck, neckline, top of chest, around and directly under the eyes. It's the easiest, cost effective, quickest and my skin never looked so clear, glowing, even toned and creamy looking ever. And this is after 30+ years of various skincare (some expensive) and complex. Very reasonable price £8 - £16 on offer.

I wrote a review stating that I disliked the new formula and it burnt my skin. Nothing about the review was inappropriate or particularly that bad. I just said I preferred the old formula and wish they would go back to it. They deleted my review and then blocked me from the website. Shady company.
