Visited Rotherham branch today. Asian breakfast. Chana dish and karak tea great. The pranta was dry and tasted like cardboard. Omelette flat and tasteless. Did enquire if that was pranta when I... Toon meer

Chaiiwala Milton Keynes [Centre MK]
Chaiiwala Milton Keynes [Centre MK]
First time visiting today and we will be going back. The food was delicious and authentic - hot and beautifully served. We had the breakfast menu.
The whole establishment felt very clean and the table was spotless, even the edges of the table which is a pet peeve of mine. No tables left laden with debris or dishes from the previous customer; every table cleared promptly.
The staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were served by Ahssaf today and he was perfect, just the right amount of attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner.
We can thoroughly recommend Chaiiwala Centre MK and we will be going again very soon to try their main menu.
Thank you for a great first experience.

Appalling treatment of disabled people …
Appalled at the treatment of disabled customers at the Fosse Park Leicestershire branch - my mum visited with her disabled sister and requested an extra paper cup with her drink as her sister is unable to comfortably and safely hold a cup of hot tea. She therefore has a valid need for a second cup, which every other establishment rightly obliges them with.
A staff member advised my Mum that there would be an extra charge for this. When my Mum explained the reasons for her request, the staff member gave her a paper cup, first saying there would be a charge and then saying but the manager wouldn't allow this in future.
This shows a disgusting and unacceptable regard for customers with disabilities. The staff and leadership team should be ashamed of themselves and clearly need to undergo some professional training.
Very nice place to eat
Very nice place to eat. The paani puri , bombay sandwich and pistachio milk cake was amazing. Good service polite. Will come here again. Definitely recommended.
The brand new Milton Keynes chaiwalla…
The brand new Milton Keynes chaiwalla was an excellent experience from start to end. The team were amazing at taking our order and getting the food out to us in good time. We were a group of 7 and I would say our food was warm and absolutely delicious when served to us. The manager Indie was awesome he came over to us several times making sure our order was all okay. Would highly recommend chaiwalla Milton Keynes 🥳

Avoid like the plague-Barking branch
Avoid like the plague! I asked for a white americano, "oh no we don't do that" she said pointing to a counter top menu, which she rested her arms on so I couldn't read it. So I said "I'll just have an ordinary white coffee then" Turns out it was sweetened, so I took it back only to be refused a refund or replacement. And she muttered a nasty remark under her breath! I don't take sugar. Unless you want to listen to screaming children and not get the drink you ordered I suggest you avoid. One of the party I was with heard what had happened to me and changed her order to tea without milk! I did warn her to check it didn't have sugar in it!
Just pre heated in microwave
Just pre heated in microwave. Not authentic. Would rather go to kfc or mc Donald’s. Staff don’t look clean either
Amazing!
WOW! Milton Keynes is the best Chaiiwala I have been to. Living in London, I have visited lots of Chaiiwalas. This one has the best decor and seating. I have been twice now and both times it was so busy. The staff were calm and happy, the food was fresh and to a high standard. The owners took the time to talk to customers. Don't mind waiting for fresh, quality food and good service.
worst lunch ever
had lunch there, ordered chicken wrap, worst food ever, i had a upset tummy for 2 days. So tasteless. Please do not waste your money, better to eat a packet of crisp or fruit
BHX Chaiwala
BHX Chaiwala - service super slow, they have a super small kitchen, and the food delivered shows that - not nice - don’t bother eating here.
Always the best service
Always the best service. We eat at chaiiwala in southall every year, when we come visit uk. The food is always good and the staff is the best 🫡
Worst dining experience
We were flying from Birmingham Airport as a family to go on holiday and decided to eat at Chaiiwala at the airport.
Worst decision of our trip fir tye folloeing reason:
They ran out of the full English breakfast after ordering
Ordered the Indian breakfast
Arrived cold
Parathas were like chewy rubber
The omlette was tasteless and artificial eggs
The masala chana or beabs had no flavour
The chaii was very watery
When complaining the server just smiled and shrugged his shoulder.
This cost me £75 for the privalege of poor food and service. Never experienced this in Leicester. If anyone thinks of ordery from here don't since food & service is shit.

Appalling
Appalling. My boyfriend and I had separately ordered and paid for food (mine came to ~£14, and his approx. ~£10) at Chaiiwala, Birmingham airport. We waited for about 15 minutes. Still no food. I asked the man who served us how long our food would take to come, as our flight had started boarding, and he said “5 minutes”. Back down I sat. About eight minutes later, I went up again, as there was still no sign of our food. He looked confused and sheepish, so I asked him if he had even put the orders through. He hadn’t. Neither mine nor my boyfriend’s, despite having paid. We asked for a refund, which no one seemed to understand, and we both showed them evidence of the individual transactions. We were repeatedly asked which items we had ordered, which we explained several times. Finally, refunds were processed. Appalling.
Chaiiwala foods are not good as they…
Chaiiwala foods are not good as they were at the beginning. Samosa chart was not tasty and faloda had no faloda in it was just watery. Very disappointed had high expectations as I had tried other branches of Chaiiwala. Please try improve it and don't let your store to shut down.

This probably the worst meal I have…
This probably the worst meal I have had. The chat samosa was literally a smashed up samosa smeared with a sickly tamarind sauce and a dollop of tasteless yogurt. It look like brown gloop and it was luke warm. It tasted awful and we could not finish it. This chat samosa did not meet the description on the menu. Never again will we eat here.
Highly recommend gallions reach Beckton…
Highly recommend gallions reach Beckton chaiwala, I was served by Haseeb and his services was fantastic! Do ask for him when you go! The Karak tea was spectacular!
