This Company is a Fraudulent they take your Money and send nothing. I placed my order in September 2020 and have recieved nothing. My order number #9512 i have emailed them many emails requesting the product or my money back but all i get is an automated email saying someone will contact me but noone ever does now im done sending them any emails i am filing a complaint with the proper Authorities who will investigate the Company and Prosecute them. I will leave my contact number if anyone wants to contact me we can take class action against them the more dissatisfied Customers the better chances to close this Fraudulent Company. Lets make sure they never Rip another person again. Contact me on 0435321214.
They reply to me after i made this review as you can see below but after i email them the details they requested and ask them for a full refund they dont reply or send me my refund. They are fake and no good beware dont fall into their trap.

Very pleased with the checkout process. I used the PayPal option which made the process super easy. Looking forward to the product, haven’t received the product as of yet but will definitely post updates on the progress.

The shipping was a long time but expected considering it was coming from Australia to the USA during a pandemic. I used 2 drops a day for about two weeks and noticed that my already no-so great vision was declining faster than it has over the year; in just two weeks, watching TV and driving at night was getting difficult. I have an eye exam this week, I won't tell what I used, I just won't use the drops anymore. I know my doctor would chastise me for using something in my eyes nit US FDA approved and especially without his approval, that's why I didn't consult him.. Can't say it is/was the drops but I can't risk what I eyesight I do have or can manage to save. BTW, no color change during the 2 weeks... product says it'll take a couple months. Use at hour own risk.

They never sent me my product period.

Hi everyone this could be my 3 drop I am very excited the 1 drop was very fast and from black I becam brown and in 2 drop my eye became lighter brown hoping for 3 drop to get closer to the blue colour all my friends told me my eyes are a bout to change completely the drops are very safe with 0 side effects and thank you for the team who work hard to discover eye drops colour :)

I really don’t get one thing. It’s not a dig at the product cause it does work. Whenever I order when you offer but 2 get one free, I never seem to get one free. I’ve ordered 4 from you and never received any free. Can someone explain please cause I this has happened a few times now...

Just got the light blue eye drops in the mail. The shipping was a bit longer than expected but that’s understandable given the pandemic. I will update in a few months as to my eye color.

Product reviews are what interested me in trying This product although it is not FDA approved a product like this should be sold everywhere! With no harm to your eyes or having to constantly change contacts. This product makes it hassle free and easy to use.

I’ve read a lot of good reviews. Yes my order has taken a month to come but it has arrived and I’m looking forward to the results. I have dark green eyes and hoping they lighten a lot faster.

Won’t respond to any emails and the order confirmation is saying they will give you 50% off in exchange for an “awesome” review. I placed an order a week ago and have yet to hear anything from them despite emailing multiple times and them clearly stating it would be shipped in 2-3 days. Even trust pilot has a notice at the top saying they had to remove tons of fake reviews for this site. After reading more of the transparency info on trust pilot, it appears that they just flag everything negative review to try to get it taken down but the ones that are left show you what’s really going on. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I’ll be filing a dispute to get my money back. If they spent half as much time running a legitimate company as they did creating fake reviews, flagging real reviews, and scamming people they would make a lot more money 🙄

Edit: adding that my order number is #10673 so they can’t flag my review as fake.
Requested a refund via email with no reply after sending emails inquiring about shipping timeframe also with no response.

* Took well over a month to receive.
You have to pay extra to receive tracking information.
* Decided to return immediately because of eye condition that developed prior to receiving my order but ABSOLUTELY no responses after several emails requesting return/refund. Never ever got a response.

* They try to PAY you for positive reviews by offering future discounts on orders. THAT’S why they have a few positive ratings don’t you think?

Make your own conclusions as to legitimacy and quality of company and product. I perceive all positive reviews were desperate for a discount.

Product actually works!!!! After using the product for 1month and half, my eyes are lighter. I Recommend this product. Patience is required to see results.
