Traffic in the morning is important to us. We find ourselves turning to channel 2 more and more.

This channel should have a dumbdown warning due to its inane and cringeworthy programmes.

Tv app is useless .. lost count of how many times I’ve had to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work. Even then it’s slow and keeps freezing.

What has happened to channel 4 news! 20 mins so far on a political debate with Scottish leaders re elections .

I’ve never seen an app used so much with such poor reviews!
Bet your premium version is booming? Is that the reason the free version is so bad?! Is there anyone even looking and responding to these reviews?

My advise… don’t pay premium, my guess is the user experience is so crap on the free version to entice people to pay! Btw… not just me to say it’s crap, like I say never seen something so popular with this many bad reviews 🤔

Couldn’t give it zero - awful app, constantly freezing on Firestock and does the same as embedded on LG tv. Not used a worse main stream app

That was once I let them off with a misleading link to a film made by FILM 4.

The app on the firestick keeps crashing, too many adverts, it is too frustrating an app to watch catch up on. I do not watch live TV and this is how I watch C4 content. I love C4 but I am fed of the this app and how many times I have clear cache and force stop the app. I am ready to turn off C4 and stop watching.

I used to like channel 4 but now a days I don’t bother with it. Some shows on the channel are not good and the other thing I have to say is there is only one show I like watching on this channel is unreported world. That’s the only show I like watching on channel 4 but overall it’s just not as good as before

Too many ads it's horrendous you watch more ads than the programme you want to watch e.g MAFS is 1 hour long but they have so many ads that lasts 1.5 hours it feels like you watch more time ads than MAFS and ruins the experience completely. I know marketing has to exist but this is too much to the point it becomes ridiculously annoying. I hope they will get the overwhelming 1 star reviews and come to their senses and make this channel better cause now it's more annoying than anything else

Used to be happy paying premium for no ads but now have to watch channel 4 adverts every 15 minutes?? Could just about forgive start n end of a show (or even a branded one at these times for sponsorship reasons) but the reason for paying premium is to avoid shows being disturbed and now it's constant adverts for channel 4 during programmes (even BBC don't do this) Cancelling premium subscription as not worth it anymore might as well put up with ads.v

Channel 4 News coverage of the Iran War is exceptional. Balanced, informative and in depth its coverage is in a different league to BBC and ITN. Congratulations to the team.

Absolutely awful app . The moment you try to rewind or fast forward or pause and I pay for no ads it buffets or freezes. So many complaints about your unreliable unresponsive app by many customers and what is being done about it ? NOTHING . Fix it before all customers delete and stop watching . P.s. date of experience is every single time . Fix this please

Not watched Channel 4 in years, decided to give Handcuffed a try. Interesting & how lovely would it be to finish the series but after frequent buffering, screen freezes & the numerous time spent on ads we have had to leave it & wont be back. Must be the worst app, I can’t believe they even bother to sell ad free.

Paid for ad free streaming and channel 4 are still advertising their own shows. Massively misleading

Normally love Sunday brunch. Simon great as always but No Tim for next two weeks, had to turn off as his replacement wasn't giving the Sunday brunch chilled vibe.

As a passionate dog lover and owner of Pomeranians I was looking forward to watching Crufts. Downside is it is on Channel 4. However it started and what did we get, it is the arr't I lovely Claudia Winkelman show. Every which way we looked there she was. She was even the star performer in a dancing dog and chimney sweep exhibition which featured her in Tatty black work trousers with a white t-shirt hanging out being featured performing a series of over exaggerated exclamations and ooos and aaahs over the entire performance. Then I heard she is to present the award for the best in show. She will surely give it to herself. Probably the worst programme the channel has featured.
