Channelsale is totally disaster software.Avoid

Channelsale is totally disaster software.I lost thousands of dollars due to them. They exported out-of-stock products at pennies price to Amazon. They were never able to publish items on Walmart and Amazon. Never go near this company. My Amazon account almost got suspended due to a higher rate of cancellations. The whole system is on excel sheets only.No no GUI-based page, They live in the 50th century. Major flaws. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

UPDATED ANSWER TO REPLY-Your answer is totally wrong.I subscribed to Channelsale to publish new items only.I told multiple times to Yogesh, Sunny, and Darshan not to push any inventory until we correct inventory and prices. Instead your system/Tech support people pushed several hundred of thousands of unavailable products at pennies price to amazon as active. We received hundreds of orders for nonavailable items. Tried to reach for many hours on a toll-free number.No One reached back. Senior team Someone named Rajat reached and assured proper reply will be given, No answer till today. Anyway, My Lot of Damage is done. I am trying to save other innocent customers like me to stay away. This company is a disaster. STAY AWAY. I lost thousands of dollars and almost lost my Amazon account due to the high cancellation rate. Avoid unnecessary pain.

On our previous group meet together with you, we discussed  the inventory and prices were updated by your other 3rd party integrators those are repricer tool and inventory tool. Our system was setup to retrieve the inventory from your 3rd party tools, the same inventory data was sent to marketplace.  After you had reported this issue on email and you also reached on our direct phone number, at that same time the Amazon feed posting was rightaway paused thru our system from your side.
We have also reviewed some of the cancelled orders on Amazon and found that many of the SKUs (GXP-9720-D / B08G87T3SF / GXP-5248-V / GXP-6006-X) are not available in our system due to which the inventory and price of these SKUs cannot be updated by our system. You can refer to the 1st data file shared by you on email. 

We tried multiple times reaching you on phone while over group call but unable to get thru, so we sent you findings over email, awaiting your response.

Again, we complete assure to provide you fully safe efficient software services to simplify and grow your multi-channel business, as we have successfully done for many of our other customers since year 2007 as testimonies. Your business is important to us, and we are in gratitude to assist.

Really Happy With The Services

ChannelSale is the worst software company you can find…

ChannelSale is the worst software provider you can find. We signed up with them and then MONTHS went by without anything working. That is not an over-exaggeration... not one single order came through correctly. Pricing was off at every field (total, subtotal, tax) and the order statuses were wrong. They dont do any internal testing when there is a problem, so they use your customers as guinea pigs. They also dont offer refunds - even if the customer had nothing to do with the error. If you are looking at other companies, save yourself time and aggravation by choosing one of them. ANY other company.

We do see that the earlier eBay order export to BigCommerce (tax amount issue) had been rectified and you had confirmed the same. As per our records, this concern was highlighted to our team on September 30th. Immediately our development team was deployed on this issue for 3 consecutive days. On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October, our developers diagnosed, fixed and tested the issue for you to confirm it was fixed as per your satisfaction. Our support team does not generally place test orders on any marketplace but as an exception, our team went out of the way and placed few test orders.

As per our email records, we see that our team did try following up with you to confirm if any further assistance would be required. However, there was no response.

Please find below the series of events for the recent ticket raised on November 6th.

Tax Query

November 6th - We had received an email from you with regards to the tax amount being pulled into QuickBooks correctly but the same tax amount seemed to be different in BigCommerce. BigCommerce is feeding the data into QuickBooks.

- Few minutes after receiving your email, our team tried to get in touch with Beth to gather more information since she was the one to raise the query but the operator said that Beth had informed him that ChannelSale needs to speak with you.

- We tried your number but managed to only leave a voicemail. We sent an email to you as we were unable to login to BigCommerce (code required). As a result, we were unable to review further.

- We immediately posted 0 quantity on eBay so that you do not receive any eBay orders.

November 7th - We tried calling you but could not get through, hence, I left a voicemail. A follow-up email was also sent out.

November 8th - Other team members tried reaching out and sent an email to you as well.

November 11th - Our team members tried your number but he did not get any response from you.

As you can see, we tried reaching out to you on numerous occasions to help us clear out any doubts by way of scheduling a joint tele-meet along with our concerned team members, so that we all are on the same page to expedite any queries. We needed to login to BigCommerce so as to understand the new query that was raised by your colleague.

Bad Customer Service - No Free Trial

Offered "free trial" through Big Commerce platform...which you need to speak to a rep on and agree to a payment plan before your free trial can begin. On Big Commerce, they quote $99 plan, which doesn't exist as in speaking to the rep...the $99 is a manual plan and doesn't link to the system...only on the $249 plan will everything connect.

Recurring meets are pre-scheduled twice a week to ensure seamless transition to complete setup for automation to sync product listings, inventory, orders across multiple shopping sites, while data mappings are carried out at individual product attribute level to match or replace per acceptable values defined by marketplaces.

A MUST for individual sellers

As a sole online seller, I find ChannelSale immensely helpful. One of the best things about them is that they deliver on their promises. Their centralized platform is just as powerful as they claimed.

I am not a geek and very poor in tech-stuffs and all. However, ChannelSale is relatively much easier to use. And it only took me a week or two to fully master it. Coming to its features, it has got all that I need. And at surprisingly very low price. I have integrated my Amazon and eBay stores together. Product listings and inventory management has become very convenient and efficient.

And most importantly, the customer support from ChannelSale is unlike anywhere. These people are quick and very helpful every time.

If you’re a one-man (or woman) online seller, go for ChannelSale. The solution will grow and sustain your business easily.

A Fan Now!

While the awesome features made us to sign up for ChannelSale, it is something different that has made us their fans. It’s their prompt response and excellent customer support. The help desk has always been very very helpful. They have always solved our problems very quickly, assuring our business doesn’t take any hit. And this is one of the biggest reasons why I recommend ChannelSale to all sellers now.

Aside from that, the platform is freakishly powerful when compared to their pricing. Helps manage my Amazon, eBay and my own website stores easily with seamless integration. Full points to them!!!! Highly recommended—more so for those who have just started selling online.

The terrible experiences with management and inconsistent and poor customer service has led us to give up on this company. Although we felt they had potential as a long term solution they have failed to meet that potential through a series of failures.

Affordable but with many features

ChannelSale is much better than so many other multi-channel e-commerce solutions. After wasting so much of my time with others, using this solution was worth every dime.

I mainly needed something to integrate my Amazon and eBay store and make listing better. With ChannelSale I got much more than this. And their customer support which is always available made the experience even better. Great experience. Highly recommended!!!

Worth Your Investment

I don’t know why some people are complaining here. My experience with ChannelSale has been pleasant. I run an agency and have multiple stores across marketplaces. All the stores were easily integrated on ChannelSale—listing and inventory management is much easier at the moment… Plus, I loved their overall support. Whenever I contacted them, they were always very helpful.

Although I do hope they provide the sellers more written resources and guides for DIY. But besides that, everything looks good with ChannelSale (their pricing in particular). Highly recommended….

After debating a lot between …

After debating a lot between ChannelSale and ChannelAdvisor, I went with the former one, and 5 months fast forward I don’t regret that decision even a bit. ChannelSale is truly the best ecommerce solution out there. With the amount of features it offers, the pricing is very affordable. I run multiple stores on Walmart, eBay and Amazon…. I have integrated them easily…. Product listing and inventory management has become very quick and efficient. I totally recommend ChannelSale to everyone!!!!!!!!!

This is Awesome

The multi-channel inventory management feature of ChannelSale is a complete winner… and for that I recommend them to all. No more updating my stock manually from individual stores and marketplaces; and no more overselling. Also, ChannelSale offers a lot more than that which are all very helpful to online vendors. Products setup, feed management and of course calculus report that includes sales performance together-- helpful that could make life easier for even the busiest of vendors. There are no reasons not to love ChannelSale. In all honesty, it has changed the direction of my whole online business for good. Planning to expand more

Multichannel selling solutions are usually very expensive but ChannelSale has been a welcome relief. Very Bad Service

Five weeks and $1500 later, very little is done. Only one market place and 200 listings are created. I am still not trained in how to create listings on their file. No written instruction. 30 minutes training section for three days a week. I am looking for another company now. Don't expect to get money back. When they call you the phone number lists as Unknown. India company.
