We had a problem with a leaking roof. Charles Roofing were very responsive, came round almost immediately, sourced the problem, offered a solution and did the job quickly and effectively. Altogether very professional. Since then the house has been much less draughty as well as waterproof.

Replacing lead vally and replacing roof timbers and retiling kent peg tiles on 15 century house and new roof and gutters on kitchen both times they were profesional fast and top job and never asked for a penny until job was finished and i was happy

The boys arrived a little late but they made up for it with hard non stop work ,even when it rained they kept going. They have done a lovely job, left everything clean and tidy. They were polite and helpful. I would recomend Charles Roofing.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - This roofing company are “COWBOYS”, I had guttering done by them, the guttering is defective and is worse than what was replaced. I have emailed and telephoned and after being told three times that they were coming round to sort it, being let down each time as they did not show. I am now taking matters further and seeking legal advice. I would not recommend them to anyone! Take my advice and hire a reputable, reliable company instead. They are cheap for a reason!

Excellent service. Attended quickly to quote, which was very competitive, made prompt arrangements for renewal of the flat roof on my extension, which was then completed to a high standard.
Anthony was very helpful, good to deal with and has subsequently been of great assistance to a relative who has been the victim of a roofing scam.

Excellent service from the team that went out of their way to complete essential work when lock down was imminent. Technically difficult job due to age of property but undertaken with skill and consideration to neighbours and tenent.

Came out promptly in March when we had some potential tile damage from high winds.
Checked over both mine and a relatives roof on the same trip and fixed the damage there and then, for a really reasonable price.

Contacted after let down by another builder. Quick response to contact, did what he said he would do and kept me in the loop sending pictures of work undertaken.

Came the day I called, after the storm, and within 90 minutes had looked at the job, sourced a new ridge tile, returned and finished the job. Excellent!

Came to my rescue after falling victim to a cowboy roofer. Fast, efficient and professional job. Will use again to update other flat roofs later in the summer.

Charles Roofing provided a quote within 24 hours of us posting the job. We only had to wait a couple more days for the job to be completed. We paid a fair, reasonable price and are very happy with the repairs to our roof.

We needed a whole slate roof replaced on our Victorian house and several lead work repairs, new fascias and snow guard.Anthony is very knowledgeable having worked on many different properties including period ones. We particularly wanted a company that had experience of renovating and repairing different materials such as Kent pegs slate and lead work .He and his team worked well together.They were all polite and reliable also working quickly and they always left a clean and tidy workplace.
Communication was very good and I would be happy to use Anthony and his team should we move and need roof repairs in the future.
